Mike really went above and beyond to help us sort out credit issues and get every last detail in order to position us to buy another home. Over the years, I have purchased a few homes, but had previously never worked with a lender that was so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Not only did he help us get everything in order to qualify for the home purchase, but his responsiveness and quick follow through on the various tasks allowed us to close several weeks earlier than was originally planned. Mike and his team have done quite a few of our loans and refinancing! Our most recent refinance (Feb 2015) was so smooth and easy it was almost like it didn’t happen :)

Update — May 2015: We are once again extremely pleased with Mike. He reached out to us when interest rates lowered enough for us to benefit from a no-​cost-​to-​us refi. The process went just as smoothly as the previous ones with Mike clearly communicating the breakdown of our new payment which saved us a notable amount of money each month.
