I’d like to do a ½ star! I went to this place last June 2015 and it was such a joke. I was the ONLY patient and it was quickest exam ever! They didn’t even do a cleaning, just spent a few minutes looking around and then said alright your good to go after looking at the x-​rays! I felt rushed and that I was imposing on their time.
**I’m writing this review a year later because I realized today just how horrible this place was after going to Mission Hills Dental!

I was a bit hesitant to go here after have seen some of the negative reviews, however I had a lovely experience. She was able to see me exactly at my scheduled appointment time and my cleaning was quick and efficient. The receptionist was also very helpful and kind.

I got the quickest teeth cleaning ever! My teeth don’t even feel cleaned. I felt rushed in and out of the office. I wanted to discuss a few concerns, but felt super rushed and even a but dismissed.

Worst dentist ever! My teeth cleaning was horrible… Usually my dentist tells me how I am doing flossing on my teeth… All I got was an okay cleaning…
I also had a cavity and one that was ‘old’ and needed to be repaired. I have never had pain in that tooth before. The dentist said I will have to have someone take care of that soon ! What? Shouldn’t she be able to fix it then or ask if I want to schedule an appt? Now it is sensitive to hot and cold and I also can no longer floss between those teeth. I had to take off work to go back and try to fix my tooth sensitivity… Didn’t fix it
I will never go back to this dentist ever!

I’ve been going to Dr. M for over 20 years as has my wife and two sons.
I’ve never felt pressured on any needs and the staff has always treated us like family.
If you want more than general dentistry they are more than accommodating to provide recommendations.
It’s sad to see such negative comments unless the Unilocalers can counter with an alike business that provided a better service, hence then a better rating.

I love Dr. M and her staff. I’ve never experienced a more professional and kind staff. I’ve never encountered an issue with scheduling an appointment, and they have always been flexible with my schedule when I have to reschedule do to conflicts (which is always appreciated). As dentist go, I will continue to use her and recommend her. Thank you Mission Bay Dental.

Wow. I just called this office to request a second opinion consultation. When asked, I told the woman I had an HMO insurance.
«You’re going to have to pay cash then.»
I explained I had just spoken with my insurance, who confirmed her office could bill them and it would be reimbursed.
«Well, I’ve never billed a second opinion consultation, so you have to have your insurance company call me and explain to me how to do it if you want to book an appointment.
Wow. Lazy much? Guess they’re not looking for more patients.

I could not disagree with the review from Logim anymore. I am sorry but she got that review totally wrong. I have been going to see Dr. Mansour for years and she is awesome! I am starting a new business, so I am tight on cash and she set me up on a cash discount plan that makes her services extremely reasonable for the quality of work she provides. I am always greeted with smiles when I come into the office and all of the people there are really nice. Dr. Mansour is a true professional. She is very knowledgeable and considerate of each patient. I just got back from having a cracked tooth fixed with could have been a really expensive proceedure. Dr. Mansour figured out a way to save the tooth and did a pretty extensive filling that not only saved the tooth but saved me alot of money as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Mansour to anyone!

Took my elderly parents for their first appointment/​cleaning at the clinic. As I opened the door to the office, we were met with stares, no smiles or greetings. Staff and dentist didn’t seem happy to be there or to see/​care for anyone. A bit aloof, bordering on rude. The cleaning was a rough job at best, according to both my parents. Very quick and simple, but not well done. They said they found a couple of cavities, but didn’t seem to care (and didn’t) set an appointment for us to come back. Is that how they keep their clients? None of us still haven’t seen a smile or a kind word from anyone in that office. My parents want to change offices, and that’s what I’ll do right now — look for a different place to take care of them…
