Just got my iPhone 6s screen repaired. Took less than 15 min and threw in a screen protector for free. He had a very chill vibe and was easy going. Kept me informed and replied immediately to all my messages. Nothing but good things here!

Okay, seriously… Jacob is the BEST!!!
I’ve gone about 3 months with a cracked screen because I refused to pay $ 200 plus dollars to have it repaired. However, for some reason, this morning I decided that it was time to fix it. I work Monday Through Friday from 7am to 5pm and all the places I called cost over $ 200 and they closed at 5pm, soooooo I was starting to get discouraged until a friend referred me to Jacob. I called him this morning around 11am and he CAME TO MY WORK at 3pm. He was on time, professional, funny and sweet. He was done in less than 10 minutes. The best customer service I’ve ever received and the price was less than every other place I called… Thanks Jacob. Phone was in really bad shape. Hit up Jacob and he was more than accommodating. Met me at the gym during my break, needed a piece he wasn’t expecting to need. But only took 10 minutes to go get it and had the phone fixed and like new in less than 10 minutes. He also threw in a glass screen protector! After bragging to my friend that I had never cracked my iPad screen, I dropped it on some flagstone and it shattered. Is that Karma? Anyway, I called Jacob and made an appt. for the following day. He likes to arrive a little early, so be forewarned. 30 minutes and $ 125 later, I had a beautiful new screen. Jacob is reliable, and polite and his prices are good since my GF had just had her screen replaced for $ 139 at a store in Kearny Mesa. You could probably get it cheaper through one of those Reader ads, but really?

I just bought a used iPad 2 from work Friday. I brought it home and initialized it, then started a backup restore from my iPhone while plugged in on the island in my kitchen. I came back an hour later only to find my new (to me) iPad on the counter unplugged, with cracks all over the screen. Either my dog accidentally knocked it to the floor and then, without opposing thumbs, picked the shattered remanence and placed it gently back on the counter, or my 90 year old mother did. Neither wanted to admit to the deed.
My son found this service on Unilocal.5 stars and they come to you! We made the appointment for noon Saturday. About 11:10, Jacob called and asked if he could come early (!). Uh, yes please! He arrived well dressed, well spoken, polite and confident.
He asked if he could use the counter to do the repair and I left him to his work. Before I knew it my poor abused iPad was good as new.
I will recommend the service to friends, family, followers and strangers. So painless and if Jacob is typical, outstanding.

All I can say is the customer service is WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. First off I emailed a few places on Unilocal for quotes and I got a phone call as soon as I hit send which really impressed me. I was at work and couldn’t meet until later in the day which was no problem for him. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than the time we agreed upon so I appreciated the fact that he was prompt. My phone had a new screen on it within 10 minutes and he was done. He was very professional and friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house as a single woman. So here is where I think it gets even better. I noticed my phone was acting off after the screen was replaced so I text him and asked if this was normal and he said it should be exactly like it was prior to it breaking. I thought ok, it’s probably just me so I would wait a day. Well later than evening I wanted to break it again because I was so frustrated so I sent a Unilocal message at some crazy hour and what do you know? First thing in the morning he calls me and texts me and said he would come back out and fix it that it may be a faulty screen. He came to my office exactly when I asked him too and fixed my phone which is now perfect. I guess every now and then you can get a faulty screen or something doesn’t get connected back just right. Now some people may think well it should have been right but here is the thing. Do you know how to replace a screen in a matter of minutes? I sure don’t and I don’t know anything about the process but I think it’s crazy that it can be replaced so I was beyond ecstatic with how much he cared and fixed my problem right away. It’s so hard to find good customer service, I can tell he owns and runs his business to please his customers. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a screen replaced ASAP.

head down to santee at this little Starbucks. side note. there was a guy in there on his laptop play WOW, & talking to his bros. thought that was funny. anyways, here’s my man Jake sitting, looking like Morpheus from the matrix. lol. tools and parts, ready to go. this guy is a wizard. screws stick to the screw driver via magnets, & he’s doing this screen replacement like a one man nascar pit crew. 730 screen is cracked. 830 phone looks like new. not to mention, he threw on a screen protector for free as well.
oh, and my friend, her screen is cracked too, she opted not to get it fixed tonight. Jake really cares, & put on a screen protector on her phone as well, for free, to prevent further damage. now if that’s not good service, idk what is.
I don’t plan on breaking my phone anytime soon, again, but I will deff be sending any one and everyone I know who needs repair, his way.

The proverbial bull in a china shop that I am finally proved to be too much for my iPhone 6. I fumbled, it fell flat on its face and spider webbed. A cloud of expletives formed above my head. Friday afternoon on Easter weekend and I’m at work and I’m probably going to be out a phone. So I thought. I googled iPhone repair San Diego and came up with these guys. ‘Where are you located? Sure no problem, we’ll be there in an hour.’ Awesome. As much as I didn’t want to/​or plan to shell out 100 bucks today, it was well worth. These guys were on time, courteous and quick. And they guarantee their work. Phone works likes new and looks new with the new glass.

While I was looking for someone to fix the broken screen of my wife’s iPhone 6plus, I came across numerous options on Unilocal.Thanks to the «Request quote» feature, I was able to fan out a quote request to multiple vendors. The first response that I got, within a minute, was from Jacob. And none of the others were able to beat the price quoted by Jacob
The fact that they offer a mobile repair service was an added bonus considering our unpredictable schedules.
Set up an appointment for next day at my workplace. Jacob and Devin showed up a bit earlier in fact
They were extremely professional, knowledgable, got down to work without wasting a second. And replaced the broken screen in a jiffy.
Also offered a tempered glass protector for a discount. The phone looked neat and new but I noticed some lines showing up when the screen was black. I just called them again to check if anything was wrong. They absolutely didn’t mind coming back and checked once again. I really appreciate the honesty of these guys for I’m sure ⁹⁄₁₀ times I would have gotten a response that it was an existing fault with the phone if I had gone else where to fix the screen. Jacob did admit it was a problem with the screen (albeit the first instance for a 6 plus screen) and instantly replaced with another one without any issues
On the whole it was a smooth process and would definitely seek out these guys if anything untoward happens to our phones in the future

Great same day service. Punctual, personable, and perfect. Ok enough alliteration but honestly, these guys were truly great. My ipad screen was cracked on New Year’s Eve morning and I called them at 8am. My call was answered immediately and by noon they were fixing my ipad. The service is great and I will recommend them to any of my friends and family in the area that have cracked iphone or ipad screens. Plus the screen is of excellent quality so i’m impressed and it cost me waaay less than what i had expected. I was also worried because i didn’t have cash but he takes cards too.
My only concern was that my iphone was so messed up (the edges around the screen were bent) that the screen was not fitting properly. After he took extra time and effort to make sure it fit, it was kind of popping out after and the iphone wouldn’t detect touch but i fixed the problem by getting a good case that pushed the screen in and now i don’t have any problems with it!
