I loved my family photography session with Monica! We reached out to Monica to take family photos of both my husband and my family as a christmas gift. Monica did an amazing job of incorporating both of our families and capturing the love we all shared for each other. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease, and paid special attention to small details, which made a huge difference in the quality of the end product of our pictures. She also did an AMAZING job interacting with my little niece and nephew, while capturing awesome shots of them! I would definitely recommend Monica to all my family and friends! She is kind, courteous, and professional, and I can’t wait to use her to photograph our future special events and memories!

It is my pleasure to write a review for Monica. She took our engagement party pictures yesterday and she was wonderful to work with. She drove about two hours for our event, and was kind enough to stay an extra hour when we were behind schedule just to make sure we got to take pictures with family. She was very creative and skilled in doing an engagement photoshoot with my fiancé and me before the event, took many photos of highlights during our engagement ceremony, and made it a point to capture all the little nuances of our venue before guests arrived. I am very happy with Monica’s services. I needed professional photos for a new business and Monica did a great job! She is friendly and easy to work with — and the photos were exactly what I needed.

Monica is an amazing photographer. She takes into account what her client wants. She researched the location where our photo shoot would take place and was prepared with ideas. I was expecting it to take weeks or even a month before I’d see any of the pictures. To my surprise, she had proofs ready within a week of the photo shoot. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a personable, relaxing photo session!

In Oct 2015, we planned a last minute trip to San Diego and my dear wife thought «Why not take our family pictures whilst we’re there?» By a great stroke of luck she found Monica and despite our demanding time constraints, Monica somehow made the timing work. She was soooo patient with our kids and super creative with the pictures. She sent us the beautifully edited photos so quickly, that I thought my wife was joking when she said they had arrived. Lastly, I’m a man who enjoys a good deal and I won’t hesitate to say that the quality of the finished photos were by far the best value/​$ spent over any other professional photography session we’ve ever experienced. We asked Monica to take our engagement photos a year ago. After talking with her we realized how passionate she is for photography and how imaginative she is. She proposed many places and different ideas which we were happy and comfortable with. Given that we are not good at taking pictures, she made sure to give us pointers which helped us A LOT during our wedding pictures. She put so much effort in our pictures that amazed us in so many ways. She’s very creative and caring which is a combination that made us want to work with her more. We asked her to take wedding pictures for us and, I cannot explain how wonderful she was. Everyone was happy with her. She has the ability to be in so many places with so many ideas. I am pleased to write this review for Monica Seif Photography as the quality of photography which we received from her is beyond exceptional.
During the photo shoot itself, Monica was extremely patient with my family, and unlike other photographers that we have experienced, we were never rushed or felt hurried which is very important when taking pictures of young children. She is great at grabbing the attention of children and she was able to capture both candid and posed pictures. She brought a fun, energetic personality that is crucial for taking pictures of children who may not be very interested in having their pictures taken.
Also, Monica went the extra mile and brought props for the photo shoot, which helped my children become even more engaged. Not only did she expertly capture some amazing memories for us, but she also was able to plan ahead as she visited the location before the photo shoot and made herself familiar with the location which helped the session run smoothly and efficiently.
Monica not only took amazing professional pictures of our family, but is also very talented as she was able to remove figures in the background in the perfect poses in which all the kids were looking and smiling simultaneously. For me, pictures are life-​time memories and having a photographer who captures those beautiful memories and is patient with little ones is something that is not easy to come by, and finding her has made me extremely excited to continue having our pictures taken with her. We are very pleased with the finished product and cannot wait to do more professional pictures with Monica in the future.

Monica is the most amazing photographer there is! She is very talented and friendly and does the most amazing pictures. She takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed and captures all the precious moments. Monica has done several pictures for us and we would definitely recommend her!
