With the launch of PocketDerm in 2014, Dr. Satur is enthusiastic about leveraging technology to provide her brand of exceptional, personalized care to acne and antiaging patients through telemedicine.

Dr. Satur co-launched PocketDerm in 2014! Dr. A board-certified dermatologist, she has practiced medicine in the San Diego area since 1984.

Dr. Satur is the co-founder of Curology, formerly known as PocketDerm, a web app that lets you see a dermatologist over your smartphone for acne treatment. Patients begin by signing up and uploading photos. The doctor then customizes a prescription acne treatment, which is shipped directly to the patient’s door. Acne (and now antiaging!) treatment is available 24⁄7 at pocketderm.com, and available in 39 states!
Dr. Satur received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, after undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University. She completed her residency in dermatology at Case Western Reserve University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident.
Board Certified as a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Satur is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American Telemedicine Association.
