Description

Specialties

Narrative Visual Photography specializes in engagement, wedding, lifestyle, and humanitarian photography.

Clients have described our photography as vivid, honest, and pure. We like these words! We also like to think of the work we create as intentional and natural, and we certainly hope at times it is moving and inspirational.

Our philosophy and goal is to build a relationship with you, to involve you in the process of planning out our shoots if you have distinct ideas and hopes, and to bring peace to your wedding day or event through our own preparation and presence. During our sessions we want you to be so comfortable that who you are as a couple or individual is truly brought to light. When you look at the images we created together in years to come we want you to see the emotions you felt at that time!

To add to your special event, Narrative Visual is a photography studio that uses 10% percent of all profits earned to fund a ministry of free photography services for businesses who strive after social change and non-profit organizations engaged in communities around the world.

History

Established in 2014.

Though our photographer had been shooting weddings and events many years prior, Narrative Visual officially began in 2014 with a 2 month humanitarian photography trip in Kenya and Uganda. There we worked with 4 different non-profits to give them fresh visual imagery to better communicate and raise awareness with.

Meet the Business Owner

Jamie N.

Business Owner

Photography is one of the best ways I know to explore and understand life and the world around me. It truly brings me deep happiness to uncover and share truth, goodness, and beauty, and to do that alongside other people (like you!).

I was about 11 years old when I first took control of the family camera while on vacation, and I have loved photography ever since. When it came time to invest in this love of mine, I knew I didn’t want to invest trivially. I wanted to pursue it purposefully and with intention. It eventually became clear to me that my photography could be combined with my passion for people and cultures and used in a very purposeful way by coming alongside both individuals during significant life events and non-profit organizations working to create social change.
