As a Loan Processor who has worked with Crystal and her team at New Venture Escrow, I can honestly say that they are absolutely amazing. I wanted to write a review to let the world know that hands down they are one of the best escrow companies I have worked with in this industry! Not only are they efficient, communicative, and professional but they bring a positive and passionate attitude to each transaction! With all the documents and deadlines, it can get overwhelming and stressful in this industry. However when I get to work with Crystal and her team at New Venture I’m confident I’m in good hands AND I know I am going to smile and laugh along the way. I have written a review in the past about the amazing an excellent professional service of my escrow officer Nikki Antibus, in this particular instance I would like to write a positive appreciative and thankful note to both Eddie and Nikki, for their excellent teamwork and getting me my commission paid in time! I cannot thank them enough for working together and resolving an issue for me! They went above and beyond to meet the needs of the client, thank you very much!

I am actually a new agent and I closed two deals in one week, double ending the client with her sale and her purchase. Crystal Reinheimer and Suzie Mendoza are AMAZING! They are extremely thorough and detail-​oriented. They went above and beyond and stayed on the title company to get us confirmation just in time for us to close the second deal. Plus, they were both super patient with me as I asked questions about everything!

If good service, communication, and going way above and beyond the call of duty is what you are looking for, you can stop reading this review and open up escrow with Nikki Antibus right now! I don’t typically post reviews, but when I work with somebody that is as knowledgeable and experienced as Nikki, I feel compelled to let the world know. Although it is far and few between that I find myself working with clients that do not use technology, NO FAX, NO SMART PHONE, NO COMPUTER/​EMAIL… I know this is hard to believe, but these sellers are a tad bit older than any of my other past clients. Not only were these sellers in their «golden years», and adverse to technology they live almost 2 hours north of SD. Nikki did not see this as an issue, she simply reached out to my clients, set expectations and sent docs. out in the mail. A few weeks into the transaction, and a lot of questions and confusion from my clients because of the 1 000 000 000 documents that they were asked to acknowledge, fill out, sign etc. etc. I spoke to Nikki about these questions and challenges that had surfaced and without hesitation, Nikki suggested that she personally drive up to their home and address any questions pertaining to the escrow, and or the whole transaction for that matter. Heres the kicker, I was having this conversation with Nikki on a Friday afternoon, and she was willing to do this on her time off that weekend. As promised and arranged with my clients, Nikki took an almost 7 hour road trip for me/​my clients. Nikki did not charge for this white glove service, she wanted to do it because she knew that this client needed us to hold their hand and help them through the turbulent waters. A real estate transaction is tough enough when you do it several times a month or year, this client has not been through this torture for over 45 + years. A lot has changed in that amount of time. Anyway, I hope you stopped reading this and contacted Nikki after you read the first sentence as advised, but if you did keep reading this review, bottom line Nikki is awesome! She is good at what she does, and goes way out of her way to assure things get done the right way.

I have been in Real Estate for 10 yrs and in that time I have dealt with many escrow companies earlier this year I tried Nikki at New Venture. We have had 7 transactions together in the last few months and she has been amazing. I don’t say that lightly. The difference working with her is extreme. It is not just that she gets done what needs to be done but how she does it and how the clients feel about the process. How my clients feel and their escrow experience (especially if I suggest the company) can effect the repeat business that my career is built on. I really feel like she is working on my team and we have the same goal and way of treating my clients. I have had elderly clients with mobility and tech-​knowledgy limitations as well as clients going through cancer this year. She makes the time and goes to see them herself for signing and the explaining of everything. On one escrow I was representing the seller and the buyer of the property was using Chase bank it was a horrible debackle on Chase’s side. Nikki and I were on the phone with bank managers on and off all day for 5 days until they got it together and we were able to close. It wasn’t the other agent, the other lender, it was myself and Nikki cleaning up their problem because it needed to be done. My clients and I end up both feeling taken care of. Her promptness and availability in communication are the cherry on top!

Wow! That is all I can say about Crystal! She made my entire transaction go smoothly, she responds to emails quickly and made the impossible possible by closing escrow early for me. Excellent service!

I have worked with Nikki over the years and boy let me tell you she is as good as it gets. Her follow up is amazing. She has worked for some of the top agents in real estate and unequivocally knows all parts of the buying and selling process. (the main reason she is so proficient at the escrow side)

New Venture Escrow? More like one of the best experiences when buying a home. Our lender kept «hiccuping» on our loan. We thought it was fixed through the paperwork we were given but my husband and I walked in expecting a loan outcome which wasn’t showing up on paperwork. Nikki encouraged us to contact the lender and go through key points with them before signing. She is completely patient and knowledgeable. She even contacted the sellers and the sellers’ agent to let them know we needed a couple days to straighten things out. Nikki’s expertise saved us almost $ 10,000. VA Loan experience to all the veterans and VA lenders.

I’ve been a loan officer for over 20 years and can speak from firsthand experience that Eddie Chance and his team at New Venture Escrow set the bar very high.
