All I can say about Crystal Reinheimer and her team over at New Venture Escrow is WOW!!! This is how every organization should operate and treat their clients! I worked with Crystal to help my boss close on a house in the San Diego area while I was in New York, and I was absolutely blown away by her professionalism, her knowledge of the escrow process, and the speed at which she operates. I had never gone through a house closing prior to working with Crystal, but she made the process extremely easy to manage and understand. She was very organized and responsive to emails and any questions that I had, and seamlessly juggled all of the moving parts that come with closing on a house (a real team player!). If she tells you that she will have something to you by the end of the day, she will make you sure you get it! Really impressed with Crystal and New Venture Escrow team, I wish I could give more stars!
My only complaint is that I can’t use her for closings outside of CA!!!

I can say nothing but good things about Team Mulalley at New Venture Escrow. Matt and Kindra are absolutely fantastic to work with. Matt was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all questions during our refinance. Our experience could not have gone any smoother… service was always friendly, all calls were returned promptly, all fees were exactly as promised.
We will definitely use New Venture Escrow for any future refinances or new home purchases!

We were just notified by our escrow officer, Bethany Haimsohn that our Ocean Hills Country Club home sale has been recorded… hooray!!! Bethany handled our FSBO escrow so professionally… there was nothing that was too much trouble for her. We live in Oceanside and never once did we have to personally visit her Mission Valley office. Everything was smoothly and efficiently handled over the internet… and telephone. She also provided currier and notary service for our buyer.
We first met Bethany in April 2014, when she expertly handled the FSBO sale of our rental property in San Diego. It was soooo smooth and painless that we didn’t even consider another escrow office.
We totally recommend Bethany Haimsohn for your escrow needs… you won’t be disappointed!!!

I’ve worked with Escrow Officer, Matt Mulalley and his team, «TEAM MULALLEY» for the past 3 years and they have bent over backwards for reaching deadlines for my clients and going beyond any other escrow company that I have ever worked with in my past 8 years of being a realtor. Yes, 5 stars, I would give more if I could. One word: Bethany. I’ve dealt with a few escrow companies over the years and New Venture Escrow has emerged as a clear leader in customer service, knowledge, flexibility, creativity. They are as competent as it gets. We had a complex real estate situation (difficult deal, weak real estate agent, out of country funds exchange, timing issues, etc…). The team (especially Bethany) took the pain out of it all. She advised on how to address every single issue with confidence and easy solutions. Recently I represented a home buyer purchasing their first home using a combination of conventional financing and a mixture of fund-​types from the Housing Commission of the City of San Diego. It was a complex purchase that a lot of escrow companies would have not been able to handle well. There were administrative hiccups from the commission (not the escrow company and not the primary lender) which Bethany Haimsohn and her team at New Venture handled smoothly. She overcame all the challenges presented and we closed smoothly and easily. I’m careful with professional praise but I was genuinely impressed with Bethany’s real commitment to doing a great job, communicating often and easily and generally being helpful. Strongly recommend.
