David Howard, the owner and notary public of NIMBY or Notary In My Back Yard, was responsive, prompt, and professional. We recently used him in a medical/​financial situation where we were racing against a clock. Although I caught him at the tail end of him coaching a little league game and he was headed off to a family gathering, on a weekend day, and with very little notice, David figured out a way to make it work for us on our timeline. He really helped us out. I would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend his services.
