Mark Bagula was hired to represent the company that I work for. He stated that the work would be done by his assistants in order to help keep costs low.
Immediately the deposit was used in the first month and large monthly bills began to accumulate.
Mark Bagula’s «assistants» never fought for the company or inquired as to what happened. Never formed a strategy and only created large monthly bills.
When questioned then Mark Bagula (hadn’t heard from him since initial hiring) called yelling and stating that we were harrassing his associate.
Very unprofessional attorney in my opinion. They will take your money and create big bills without having any true interest in your case.
In my opinion this person is only interested in your pocketbook and not your case.

I hired Mark Bagula to handle a law suit that was brought against me. When I first met him he said this case is something he knows how to deal with and that he would take care of it for me. I paid him a deposit of $ 2500 and waited for his promised update. I didn’t hear from him or his office for approximately 2 weeks. When I called the office for the promised status update, they said that they were doing research on the case and that they would contact me shortly with next steps and information. few months later, I called again and was told that they could not take my case because it’s not their specialty. If my case wasn’t something that this law office could represent, then why did they spend over 2 months and $ 2600 researching it!!! Also– why did I have to reach out to them to hear that news? Why didn’t they reach out to me to tell me that they decided not to take my case?
I asked for my money back because no services were rendered (no counseling, let alone the case being managed). Mark Bagula said he would not give me anything back and that the bill was actually over $ 6,000 due to the research that was put into the case, but that he would settle for the deposit that I already paid instead.
I went in person to his office to once again ask for my deposit back. Mark start yelling at me and insulting me, saying that I’m young and not experienced in this type of matter and how lawyers work and that I should leave. He was very upset, but ended up writing me a check for $ 1000. I still feel that he owes me $ 1500 for the services not rendered.
