Omni Cheer

I ordered ONE skirt. Their sizes run small so the original skirt (ordered through the team) did not fit. I needed the skirt ASAP so I went ahead and payed the additional 30 dollars to have it overnighted (on Wed.) I needed the skirt by Sat. I did not receive it until Monday!!! The package was actually stamped with the day it was supposed to be delivered. Sounds like a FedEx problem right??? Wrong! The company insisted it was neither theirs nor FedEx’s fault and they wouldn’t be able to refund the shipping! I am certain FedEx refunded them, as I spoke to a manager (at FedEx) who stated they would do so if I had Omni call with the tracking#!!! I had to explain over and over before she would refund the shipping, placing me on hold several times to «get approval!» Stating «In the future we will not be able to refund the shipping because we are not at fault.» How about in the future deleting expedited shipping as an option since you can’t get the product out in time! Ridiculous and rude!!!

After reading all the bad reviews I was kind of skeptical of this site but I’m glad I tried them out because I was very satisfied! The key to buying is actually measuring and buying one size bigger so you can adjust. The quality of the fabric is well worth paying for, I will use this site again when my daughter starts cheer.

No problems with our uniforms!

Don’t use Omni cheer. They are horrible! They sent me the wrong size shoe and then claimed they could not return it due to the discoloration of the shoe. Ironic it was the shoe they sent out. According to them it was not as white even though the soles were perfect. When asked for a manager I spoke to Serge he said he was the highest person in the company and could not do anything about it. They have sad customer service and send out old products and would not take them back. Never shop here again!

Placed an order and forgot to add one item that we wanted. Literally 3 minutes later I called to see if they could add the item to my existing order. Was told no. Asked if I could order the item separately and could they waive the shipping charges. Was told no.
There was all kinds of background noise in the call center. The girl told me I was cutting out. No — you have someone right next to you talking loudly. Very unprofessional. It sounded like she was literally holding the receiver next to the keyboard.
I asked for a supervisor. Girl came back on the line and told me she got my request to add the one item to my order — APPROVED.
Hmmmmm. .. shame on you! A customer shouldn’t have to complain and ask for a supervisor. This should have been done in the first place. Way to discourage customers from spending more $$$ with you!!! You need some lessons in customer service. Maybe call Zappos and place an order — see what a great experience it is! Take notes.
What you fail to realize Omni Cheer — is that most girls will do cheer for more than one year. Kids grow out of stuff. So. .. next year when we need new shoes, new bows, new practice apparel — we will look elsewhere.

Tried to order pair of shoes, Marian was less then helpful and very curt. Will go elsewhere for team needs. Too bad local business doesn’t care about local teams.

Shoes are not true to size. Even when referring to their size chart we got it wrong. Shoes run small. I ordered a half size bigger as suggested but even that was still small. Not only did I have to pay shipping to get the first shoes, I had to pay shipping to send them back and I had to pay shipping to get the new pair. If you are ordering shoes, you will most likely have to send them back. So my suggestions is order several pairs — the size you think you need and a few other sizes. Qualify for free shipping (I think it’s for orders $ 100 or more). That way, you only pay the shipping charges when you send shoes back. But, if you are feeling lucky, order only one pair.
OmniCheer should have a better size charge for shoes. Would save a lot of us unnecessary frustration.
On the upside, their bows are cute.

I placed an ordered and cancelled it 15 minutes later. Two days later they told me they couldn’t cancel because they had already processed the order. Clearly they didn’t have to process the order. I asked they to issue a free return label and they refused. Terrible customer service.

Be very careful when going by the size chart it is wrong!!! The Uniforms run very small and made very poorly.

I emailed them and informed them of the issue and the lack of response was awful. This is the response
«I apologize, but we can never guarantee sizing as it is only a general sizing guide. You are welcome to do a return and exchange, however it may take up to 2 weeks.»
To me that is an the incorrect response!!!
Not happy would never use them again not even for a pair of socks.

I’ve used them for years. I’ve always been given great service. From online orders to over the phone orders, quick shipping, easy returns and exchanges, I’ve always been completely satisfied. I’ve dealt with the big expensive companies and these uniforms fall right in line with them. Everything I’ve purchase from «bow to toe» has been great quality and long lasting.

Tried to order an item and pick it up, the warehouse is less than two minutes from my work. Instead I was charged shipping. The customer service rep was not helpful and her supervisor was even worse. How can this company stay in business.

Accepted my order, sent me an order acknowledgment, and then silently canceled my order. When I realized my order hadn’t arrived as promised, I contacted them and they claimed I’d «given them an invalid email» — which is obviously a lie since they’d sent me an email acknowledgment when I created my order. Now I’m stuck without the uniform I need and without any time to order from someone else.
Avoid at all costs, unless you like being lied to.

I called today to order a cheer uniform for my daughter.
The lady on the phone was super helpful and friendly.

My wife attempted to order a pair of cheer shoes from Omni Cheer. We needed them for a scheduled event so we paid the exhorbitant $ 30 rush shipping fee. After waiting five days for delivery I contacted customer service. Turns out the shoes were not in stock. We received absolutely no notification to this effect. I didn’t want to order online since Omni is a local San Diego business. Trying to place an order over the phone was difficult but I was able to make an appointment to view merchandise in the warehouse before I commit to buy 80 pieces! :)
Olivia was a great help but somehow got my order wrong. I needed child sizes (which I specified) not adult so now I have an extra trip on my hands. :(
