This is a great company! I didnt have a job and Barbara helped me get a guard card and also helps with my transportation issues. Most of the time she herself goes out of her way and provides rides to people who dont have cars. She believes in team work and helps us all work together to get a job done. She is flexible with scheduling, often covering shifts herself when people cant/​dont show up I have always gotten my check on time. Often people give her old addresses to send checks and she does her best to help them out as soon as they call her to get a check to the right address. She has been in Florida and Laughlin on vacation and took care of payroll issues. She wont throw you into a job without making sure you are properly trained. She makes sure we get our breaks. Many times she has provided us lunch/​dinner and water out of her pocket. She is a fair person and often forgives her employees when they make a mistake. She has given me a chance and many other and I am greatful for her patience.
