Michael was super helpful! Went in to get a quart of oil for my 2015 car and he recommended that instead I drive straight to the dealer. We were hesitant to drive the car with the low-​oil warning but Michael strongly insisted that we check the oil first in case it was a bad alert. He offered us a paper towel even when we were possibly not going to make the purchase. He was great!!!

definitely worst service experience anywhere. admittedly i was rushed, but out of the three attendants 1 was simply chatting with the customer, the other customer required 2 people because they were assisting ea. other. whoever was in charge got pleasure out of making me wait and rubbing it in. he wasted my time and energy, informing me he couldn’t help me in the end. autozone resolved everything willingly, helpfully, politely. avoid them like the plague, they’ve managed to give the worst service 7 yrs. running, their genesse store is far friendlier and more capable.

I needed my car battery replaced. I went to this store and Kevan helped me. He saw me looking at batteries and offered to help me. He got the information he needed, and we went outside to my car so he can test out the battery– it was indeed bad. Went back inside got the correct battery and he installed it as well. 5 star for excellent service!

Came in at exactly 1:45 to machine 2 rotors, with no customers in store, the person helping said it would take a hour to hour and half and took down our number. After a hour and half spent at the bar down the street we came by and two new gentlemen working said one rotor was done and would take another hour for the other. So we went home. Never received a call but honestly wasn’t expecting one. After 2 hours and 45 mins we just went back. The new guys didn’t even recognize us from the second visit but the rotors were done. Upon looking at rotors, the cut was good but they didn’t clean the rotor. I brought it up hoping they would do it as a courtesy since I was low on brake cleaner at the house and they said no. At this point I was over it and wanted to get out. Art and Ben should have better customer service, especially Ben. I been in automotive for 6 years as a technician and know it does not take 3 hours to get 2 rotors. My time on my receipt is 4:35 and I dropped them off exactly at 1:45.

Had a great experience. Assistant manager, Greg, went out of his way to make sure I had a reliable battery. Excellent customer service.

Best auto part store in San Diego, as a girl I usually don’t know anything about my car, the guys always help me figure out what I need getting me the best parts at reasonable prices, also returns are no hassle, outstanding customer service and fast delivery on parts not in stock!

This place is good. I’ve been here a couple time. But today it was suck. The seller name Erinko is rude. He doesn’t love his job. He gave us a bad service. He doesn’t want to speak with customers. His lips are heavy I guess.

It’s fine. It’s an auto shop. I got nothing else

Only con: they didn’t have the part I was looking for but the customer service was just way above and beyond what I would have expected.
I should preface all of this by saying I showed up 13 minutes to closing. When I walked in and had a question, Ryan came right out to my car and showed me where the part I did have went (I thought it was a different part than it was) and gave me some advice. He went back out to my car a second time to double check something and then once in the store, while unable to locate the part I did need, he called up another Oreilly’s to have them reserve the part for me. The whole thing ended with a handshake and a smile. Very courteous and any employer would be lucky to have Ryan on their staff.

Staff was friendly, helpful and personable.
The employees here helped me install a new car battery after determining my battery was juiced out. This is not an auto shop but I’m glad they were able to help me since my auto shop was closed by this time.
My new car battery comes with a 3-​year warranty, costing about $ 20 more than the battery with a 2-​year warranty.

The dash light lit up saying one of my brake lights was out, so I bought a new taillight bulb for the car. One of the employees helped me put in the new bulb. This was my first attempt changing out the bulb, so I have an excuse for getting help on such an easy task. :D

I am very lucky to be married to Steve T. He has fixed my ’94 Honda Civic now many times, saving me so much time and money. One day, my car wouldn’t start. He then drove me over to O’Reilly and bought a new starter and then he installed it for me… and…voila! The staff was friendly and super helpful. It was a great experience. The starter was a refurb so it was also a great price.
About 5 or so months later, my car failed to start once more. We went back to O’Reilly where they tested the starter, found out that it had no more juice, and replaced it for us, as it was on warranty. The staff, again was helpful and friendly. The process was fast. However, we would not have had to return if it weren’t for the faulty part in the first place.
All in all, fast and friendly service, but watch out for those refurbished parts!

My headlight was out. Ugh, I have no time to stop and get a light bulb so I am a complete jerk driving with my brights on. During the day, since I don’t need my headlights, I forget my light is even out. seriously. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I have 40 minutes to kill so I drive down Convoy after work looking for a shop. There has got to be one there right? I keep my eyes pealed for a pep-​boys, or an autozone orrr??? Alas, I see the name O’Reilly’s and think that is an odd name for an autoparts store and wonder if they are even reputable. Then the jingle pops in my head. Oh-Oh-Oh-O’Reilly’s. Duh, okay so they can afford commercials and one that gets stuck in your head. I turn around and go in looking for a headlight.
Patricia was SO nice that she took the time to walk out to the parking lot to make sure all my lights were working and even changed the headlight for me. I could have done it myself but then I would have had to look at the manual, make sure there was enough night, it probably would not have been done for a few more days and I would be driving with a busted headlight and would have gone through the agonizing experience of getting pulled over, or feeling like a jerk for having my brights on in your face. So basically O’Reillys saved my life with their great follow-​through and customer service. I am one happy camper.

I was on my way to work when my car popped up with a warning message I was low on coolant and needed to stop immediately. I looked around and right in front of me was O’Reilly Auto Parts. I ran in to the store panicked because I needed help quick and had a meeting in 10 minutes. Jorge looked up the make/​model of my car; grabbed the coolant; rang up the order; and was in the parking lot within 5 min of my arrival putting coolant in… I was panicking and he was not. Yay for O’Reilly’s and Jorge. You saved my day, literally! Thank you.
