Pacific Point Apartments

I LOVE living here. From day one the office staff has been helpful and friendly. Even through this is a big complex, it is well kept. My neighbors are amazing. I love the park like setting in my own front yard. All my maintance issues have been resolved quickly. It has been a very enjoyable living experince.

Hmm… where to begin. Let’s start with the fact that one star is entirely too generous, and if it were possible to give negative stars, it still would not suffice. But let’s go ahead and look at the issues first hand as I break them down for you.
ROACHES:
To begin with; the rent is inexpensive, the only plus, but for what the real price of living here is, I would rather pay double somewhere else. If I could divide my rent with the roaches that have infested this entire complex, I wouldn’t be paying any rent at all, if that should tell you anything. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. I am a clean, clean woman who cleans with bleach and disinfectant faithfully. Never in my entire life have I experienced such a horrible infestation of bugs. They literally are out in the day time, unafraid and totally accustomed to people. When the apartment complex sprays for them, they just scatter to the next available apartment. I personally have spent over $ 50 on roach killing products personally in ADDITION to having the leasing office spray four times. I’ve only lived here seven months. They are impossible to get rid of, and I am not the only person with this issue. My neighbor just told me that he saw eggs in the cabinets yesterday — disgusting.
FLEAS/​STRAY CATS:
Next, let’s talk about the flea and stray cat infestation. My neighbor and I, who are without pets, have fleas in our homes, that’s how bad this issue is. There are stray cats roaming all over the complex that the office does nothing to control. They are breeding and traveling all over the property, with kittens in the bushes by the residence, leaving the fleas everywhere in the grass to be carried in on clothing and shoes. Both fleas and roaches carry a ton of diseases — the property realizes this is unsanitary and does nothing about it.
ACCIDENTS/​CREEPY MAINTENANCE:
Recently in an attempt to half-​ass renovate the property, the managers had new windows installed on all of the apartments and painted the outside. However, the window screens did not fit properly and are a serious hazard — especially if you are on the second floor. For example, roughly two months ago a child fell out of a second story window because the screens weren’t installed properly and are a hazard. It was on the news and in the paper if you’d like to fact-​check. On top of this, the maintenance men that work here are absolute CREEPS. As a woman, I feel unsafe being around them alone. They stand there and watch me walk to my car while making comments, or will attempt to hit on me. One man, while painting the siding of my apartment (I am on the second floor), STARED AT ME THROUGH MY WINDOW WHILE THE BLINDS WERE OPEN. I didn’t even realize he was there at first until I caught him creepily watching me.
Overall; save your time and money and DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE OR EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The location is decent as far as being by public transit and walmart/​stores, but unless you like living with roaches, fleas, and creeps, I recommend you take your time and money elsewhere; especially considering you don’t even have air conditioning and people steal/​touch your clothes in the community laundry. Just save yourself the headache and avoid living here.

We’ve had some issues here but they have all been resolved and Stephanie at the main office has been extremely helpful with everything!

Love my location Love my remodeled apartment however this is not enough to keep me a happy resident. this complex has a serious roach infestation, causing me to never want to be home as well as anxiety. On my days of all I do I re clean what is full of roaches. This is a weekly routine. I can’t leave a spoon or a open coantaire unsupervised because it will be full of these disgusting insects. I wish I never moved here. Worst experience ever. I’m currently looking into having my apartment «treated» as Manny Times as I can. It’s unfortunate to have a beautiful home so infested

Pros: spacious, friendly management, right next to 7 – 11 and arco, close freeway access, and close to grocery stores and shopping centers, pet friendly, lots of parking.
Cons: the part of the complex I’m located at is LOUD AS HECK, right next to a trolley station, bus stop, and railroad tracks. This place is never quiet. The people around here are shady and parts on the outside of my car was stolen, my guests car was broken into, and we get a lot of solicitors knocking at the door. Super annoying.
