Pamper Your Pet

I am a fairly neurotic owner of two cats and I hate to leave them, so I used to just not travel. But since I found Christine, I am now able to leave them for several days with total peace of mind. This is because Christine is so super reliable, easy to reach, and communicative. She sends me pictures of the cats each day via text so I know they are fine. She follows my instructions perfectly and always exceeds my expectations for the cats’ care. She spends a good amount of time with them each visit and leaves great notes and checklists detailing what they did. I know she loves my cats (and they love her!) This is a highly professional company and I would never use anyone else. Now, instead of dreading my next trip, I can look forward to it. Her price is fair and affordable. I strongly recommend Pamper Your Pet if you want your fur babies to have the best.

We have been away a lot the past 15 years tending to elders and traveling abroad. We never worry about our fur babies while away. They totally adore Christine and her team. We have quite a herd – six kitty cats – and also an aquarium, home of Mr. and Mrs. Fish. We love getting pictures and videos on our iPhone and iPad of our three rambunctious teenage cats at play. Sometimes the posts crack us up as when we received one of Socks the frisky imp titled «Taking a Break.» Love her wit! After we return, we enjoy reading the daily notes the team logged. With such a plethora of felines, there are always a few hairballs in a week, and maybe a pukie or scootie. The Pamper team is great at using our solutions and vacs to clean. Our carpet doesn’t look 20 years old. Christine alerts us to potential health problems and has taken a kitty to our vet when he had an infection. Whew! She gave our elderly diabetic Alex Cat his insulin shots for two years. She gives our elderly RubaDuba her thyroid doses. She makes them sprint for their dry treats and now we do the same. Fun for all!

I’ve known Christine for the past 8 years. She watched and walked our first set of senior dogs more than four years ago. We recently started working with her again when we adopted our second set and she’s as great as we remember. She’s great with the dogs and so enthusiastic about pet-​sitting/​dog-​walking. She’s very conscientious and we trust her to come into our home several times a week. She leaves great notes and the dogs love her.

I haven’t used Christine in awhile since my old roommate can watch my cat for free. But, alas, this time ex-​roomie was going on vacation at the same time.
Unfortunately, Ellen wasn’t available, so Christine herself was going to watch after my four-​legged baby. Kitty has always been good in going to his potty in his boxes on the patio. Unfortunately, according to Christine’s notes kitty wasn’t so good while I was away, especially that one day that San Diego had that freakish storm. Kitty had different accidents on the carpet and poor Christine had to cleanup after him. I felt bad that after I lulled her with statements like «kitty is sooo good and never makes messes» she had to spot clean the carpet practically every time she visited kitty. Sorry, Christine!

For the past five years, my family has used Pamper Your Pet to care for our cats while we are away. Christine and her staff do a terrific job, and leave copious notes about their interaction with the animals, their personalities, and their play.
I’m not certain, but I think the cats are always a bit disappointed when we return home!

I am a natural born worrier, so leaving my pets is a big deal. We met Christine at our local dog park, and saw first hand how great she was with the dogs. She stayed this past weekend with our two chihuaha mix pups, and they are pretty high maintenance. It couldn’t have gone better. She gave us reports via text and phone calls, and left us a detailed journal of her stay. She seems to genuinely love our dogs, and that is huge! I would highly recommend Pamper Your Pet. I know I can trust Christine to only hire the best, so I’d use anyone she feels meets her standards of care and pet knowledge. I didn’t worry a bit while gone.

I decided to use Pamper your Pet this past weekend when we were taking off for the night up to Big Bear. I got an email from Christine almost immediately, got me a quote, and told me that Ellen will get in touch with me since she’s near where I live. Ellen called me the next day and schedule for a meeting. She got to meet my dogs, and they were really fond of her. It made me feel really comfortable about leaving them with her since one of my dogs isn’t very people-​friendly and very nervous around new people.
When we got back from Big Bear, I noticed an update Ellen left behind for us for each hour and each time she came to visit. She gave them full attention and they seemed very calm, relaxed and happy when we got back. Which is a great sign! I will definitely use Pamper your Pet again, they’re really great!
