Snapped this photo after I savaged what I could and threw it back on the pizza. Save your time and try some where else.

Decided to give them another try and they got the order wrong… Added pineapples when I’m ALLERGIC. And gave me a half eaten banana pepper. Classy.

Ordered a pizza. Raw pizza dough. Guy answered and put another guy on the phone who told me that the pizzas are on a timer that it’s ‘impossible’ that my pizza dough was raw. Also, even though I’ve probably ordered at least 30 pizzas from this place(and never called in once to complain), he tells me because my pizza was ‘free’(I bought a couple gift cards and got a free pizza code) that there’s nothing he can do for me. ‘If we had gotten the toppings wrong, then absolutely. but your pizza was free.’ Basically, he insinuated that I shouldn’t even be calling and wasting his time. If the toppings were wrong I would have not even bothered calling. I’m not that kind of person and it’s a waste of my time; people make mistakes. But the pizza dough was squishy and raw and inedible other than the very bottom of it. And I’m honestly just incensed by the awful response. I live maybe 0.5 miles away and offered to bring it in so they could see the raw pizza. He wasn’t interested. I’ve never left a 1 star review before for a restaurant. This place deserves it. Order your pizza somewhere else.

Worst decision I made. Wanted pizza and usually do well with Papa John’s. Last time I ordered, they shorted me on the garlic sauce but let it slide. This time my thin crust pizza was burnt and not even cut. In addition, I ordered at 5:09 and the pizza didn’t arrive for over an hour when the estimated time was 31 – 41 minutes. The pizza was surprisingly still warm. I called right away and they were willing to comp me both pizza’s I ordered but because I paid in cash, it would take a while for someone to come back and return my money. I get that sometimes the estimates are off but a burn pizza that is not even cut? They need to work on there quality check. I wish there were negative stars sometimes.

My family and I love Papa Johns but this Papa Johns was the worst ever! Ordered garlic knots and we got them burnt. They said that it can’t be burnt because they are on a timer. I told them they may be on a timer but mine are burnt. Then they said that since we didn’t get there in 10 – 15 minutes to pick up our pizza the butter soaked it up and that’s how they are burnt. Wtf??? We were there within the time frame given in our email(which was 15 – 25 min). First of all who blames the customer? Second, just cause you have a timer doesn’t mean they can’t get burnt. Third what the fuck does the butter soak up and then becomes burnt??? Fourth if we came and picked up at 20 min and you guys were done at 15 min, would the butter soak up and turn the garlic knots into burnt knots? And still would it be my fault? I told them I’d send pictures but they said they cannot receive pictures. They hd told me they would send someone out with replacement only if we turn in the burnt knots for evidence. I said fine. Waited an hour and they never showed up. This place has the worst service ever! Seriously, how did these fucked up dumbasses get a job? Do they not have policies to follow? I’m sorry for the foul language but damn these people are stupid as hell!

I don’t like this pizzeria specially, but it is cheaper than others… If you can get your pizza done. I ordered today a 16″ pizza and, after 35 minutes, they didn’t have it done! Worst place ever.

The rudest staffs you could ever seen are gathered there. They are on their worst attitude. This is the second time I go there to pick up my online order and all I could see was their misbehavior and rudeness. I wish I could give them less than one star…

Didn’t even have to go to this location to give it a one star. David, who apparently hates his job, answers the phone with the worst attitude and even hangs up after basically being unable/unwilling to help. Thanks regents papa johns, you guys suck.

Worst pizza experience ever. They delivered TWO pizzas that someone else touched ate and returned. Manager Julio was rude and unapologetic. No refund, so gross, I still cant believe this happened and no one is saying sorry or a REFUND! Don’t pay cash, actually… don’t GOHERE!!! I wish I could give minus stars. Hard to believe… I hope my children and I dont get sick.

I was in the Vons parking lot where this Papa John’s Pizza is located on 7÷5÷15. I was driving down one of the parking lot aisles when a Papa John’s delivery driver in a white sedan cut in front of me, almost hitting my car, while going over 20 mph down the parking aisle. If I had not slammed on my brakes, the Papa John’s delivery driver would have struck my car and done serious damage. He was driving like an absolute maniac.

I placed an order online around 10am for a 11:30am order. I called and a lady picked up and told me the order is confirmed and will be sent out on time. I have class and only have a 30 minute gap and was worried because my pizza was not here. I’ve waited 45 minutes over my delivery time and still no pizza! One of the workers called me and asked me if I still wanted my order. REALLY?! I made it clear to them I’ll be having class and won’t be able to wait that long and they told me it will be taking another 30 minutes! Horrible customer service and they did not offer anything for the horrible inconvenience. Very unsatisfied with this location and won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending them to anyone!

Ordered online from here and I assumed just like anywhere else it would be 30 – 45 min but after 30 min I checked the confirmation email they had sent and it said 85 – 90 min yet it didn’t say on the screen from when I originally ordered, so I called in and asked one of their employees and they said it would take another 30 min and I figured they were busy so I asked him if we could pick it up ourselves since we were tired of waiting and he said he wasn’t sure if he could do that but to still come in. After we got to the store we stood around for 5 min before anyone even spoke to us yet various employees made eye contact several times and still didn’t come up and asked if we needed help or that they’d be with us in a minute they just ignored us and walked past us as if we weren’t there. I was shocked about how bad my experience was and I will never come back to this specific location.

This place is TERRIBLE. Placed an order for a luncheon 2 days in advance, delivery driver never showed up. When we called we were told«a lot of people are ordering» and they didn’t have enough drivers. That’s why we placed the order INADVANCE. We called back to speak to a manager and she couldn’t get to the phone either. They couldn’t track our order or even let us know if its out for delivery. Now we look like idiots, have an office full of hungry/angry staff, and had to cancel our luncheon. This shop is a disgrace.

The pizza is decent, but when you go inside sometimes no one talks to you for minutes. Need more workers or some sort of system improvement.

I guess I’m considered lucky because I haven’t run into any problems ordering from Papa John’s…until today. They missed a whole 5 toppings on one side of my pizza. I’m just glad this place exists right across the street from where I live.

POOR service! I knew when I parked and saw the delivery guy PICKING his nose in the car this was giong to be a bad experience. I came in with a carryout order that I ordered online and was told to wait. 6 people were in the store and some standing around. I don’t blame the lady on the phone who was held up talking to a customer but it seemed NOONEELSE could help verify me so I could pick up my order. The GENERALMANAGER whose name was Jeanie or something like that wouldn’t even help me and told me to WAIT in a very abrupt manner. I know this isn’t a 5 star restaurant but seriously. While my pizza was getting COLD I just waited and waited. After waiting quite a long time just for a pick up I asked for garlic dipping sauce and they said I would be charged extra just for that. So I took my pizza and left as fast as I could.

My house was SUPER excited when we found out that Papa John’s moved across the street! Their garlic butter sauce? Maybe the best invention ever. I like Papa John’s pizzas over pizza hut or domino’s. That being said… 1. This place has no indoor seating. Luckily we had phoned in our order 2. We asked for the Large 3 Toppings for $ 10. Good deal! BUT we wanted pepperoni… we got onion instead. What? Pepperoni and onion… don’t even sound the same?! By the time we realized we were already home and too hungry to go back and complain. But seriously… how do you mix up pepperoni and onion? I’d give two stars, but that garlic butter is *k i l l e r *
