According to Merriam-​Webster, a paradigm is, «an outstandingly clear or typical example; a generally accepted model of how ideas relate to one another.» Having an organized life is about recognizing interrelated functions, finding ways to do things faster and more efficiently. Paradigm Organization serves clients in the San Diego and Orange County region. We focus on a three-​step process for any organizing project — first, we conduct a detailed needs assessment, then develop an action plan, and finally implement the solutions.

Andrew P.

Business Owner

With a lifelong passion for organizing and an innate desire for creating organizing solutions, Andrew started Paradigm Organization in 2012.

With a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in English and Economics, Andrew has over 10 years of experience working in the public sector, organizing complex records, finding and implementing efficiencies in business processes, managing change, and finding solutions to meet the public’s needs. Working in the public sector requires significant customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to be forward thinking about the needs of the public. This experience translates well with clients seeking assistance in organizing aspects of their life.
