Saundra was great. for three months I debated going super short, she took off 12″ and I have loved it ever since, why did I not do this earlier. My color also looks fantastic. Very impressed with the ladies at this salon. Nothing but smiles every time I stop in. See you soon ladies!

Not hard to impress. However I just received possibly The WORST haircut ever in my life. I’m not one to be disappointed and paying for what you get however this haircut which was $ 9 was literally a $ 1 haircut and my daughter who is 4 years old to do a better job. I can’t believe that I walked out of this place with patches in my hair. The Salonist /​barber continued to insist that it was my hair and going against the grain what produces better results and evening out the patches slash long strands of hair. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I refuse ever go back to this place and I’m shocked that not only is this on a military base but also that it bears the Paul Mitchell name as a franchise. To much dismay because of the damage I might have to shave my head bald because of this
