Nicole is very sweet and very professional. .Finally I found a good place to take my little Maltese. .very satisfied..

I’ve brought my Chihuahua and Bichpoo (Todd and Copper) to Paw Alley twice, and I have no complaints. The staff is knowledgeable and timely. My dogs seem very happy there. At Christmastime, their bandanas were festive, and they even used pretty ribbon to tie a bow on each of the dog collars. These groomers really care about the details and the finished work! My third visit is coming up soon and I’m looking forward to their new bandanas!

OMG! What a great place. We have two small dogs who need to be groomed. We tried them for the first time today and my dogs look beautiful! They are the nicest people and the best groomer. Please, before you go anywhere else, you need to try them first. You won’t go anywhere else. I just love what they did with our dogs. Great place!

This was my first visit to Paw Alley with my Golden-​Doodle Dusty and when we picked him up… he looked awesome!
Background: Dusty is about 70lbs and his fur was matted terribly. He had last seen a professional groomer 6 months ago. It was a groomer that use to come to your house. Stopped because the cost and appointment times were never on time. Most of the time ½ hour late.
The main reason I picked them was that there is little or no kenneling of your muttly. It is start to finish. They told me only on front and back (of your appt.) might they kennel your pooch. Dusty was there for 2.5 hours.
I’m horrible about remembering names but the staff at Paw Alley were awesome! Friendly and professional! The cost was as quoted $ 75 for my big matted fur ball, and my wife loved the bandana they put on him!

Five stars without a doubt. Our first time in with our two standard poodles as we’re wintertime visitors from Minnesota. Wonderful, friendly service, Nicole listened carefully to what we wanted and the outcome was perfect. Libby, who can be very skittish due to her pre-​rescue life, was really comfortable. Lewie obviously had a great time. As good as it gets!

Just went in there today and got my kitty all groomed. Thank you for all your patience and carefulness with her.
The reason behind my rating is mainly due to pricing, miscommunication, and thoroughness.
I’m not sure who I spoke to when I made an appointment but I told her that I wanted my kitty to be shampooed, trimmed, and get hair nails clipped and she quoted me somewhere around $ 55. After the end of what I would say a 45-​minute session with my cat, I owed $ 70 but I had a the Unilocal check in for 10% off and was charged 65 which it should have been 63 right? Oh well. I think this place is really nice and clean, the service with pets are great as well. As for how much pricing is and all of that on my end, I’ve been to places that were more affordable.
After speculating her, she wasn’t completely shaved excluding some areas but I just wished more effort was put into her such as her legs and on top. I believe I said I didn’t mind taking her after her bath but I didn’t expect her to be given to me damped. I have yet to provide images but it’s kind of like a bad hair-​cut for my kitty.
But again, I thank you for taking us as your last appointment and cleaning her.

We love Paw Alley! Our little Morkie, Romeo, always comes home looking so handsome. We always feel like we’re getting such personal service and always come away feeling like they really care. I would recommend them to anyone who has any hesitation about leaving their furry babies in another person’s hands — they are awesome and don’t disappoint on any front :)

I absolutely love Paw Alley! It is the only place I take my dog, Jackson, because I know I can trust them with my baby boy. He always goes in and comes out a happy. The owners care about every pet that comes in the door and it shows. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Wow! I feel so lucky today because I depended on the great Unilocal reviews to take our dear, sweet pup to Paw Alley. From the first phone call discussion with Jeff I knew I’d found a great groomer. Jeff and Nicole are awesome small business owners. Their shop is spotless and they are friendly and honest humans. They took such great care of our epileptic pup that he didn’t want to leave!
The best part of this story is that when I picked up our little special needs labradoodle I was thrilled to see him groomed perfectly. Best grooming job he’s ever had, bar none, and he’s been groomed pretty much all over the country.
Thanks Jeff and Nicole for running such a great business. Take your pup here, you will be very happy that you did!

From the first inquiry phone call, to dropping baby off for first appointment, to picking him up, Nicole & Jeff were absolutely wonderful!!!
The shop is by far the cleanest I’ve ever seen.
They were sweet, gentle, friendly & very caring w/​our pooch. They loved on him & made him totally comfortable in his new surroundings.
What I also really appreciated, they called me exactly an hour & a half later saying he was all ready & I could pick him up whenever I wanted. My little guy gets stressed out staying all day at the groomer, so having him in & out in 90mins was great!
When I picked him up, he was BEAUTIFUL! By far the best clip & bath he’s ever had.
So happy to have found Pet Alley — they will be getting our business every 4 weeks!!!

About 2 years ago I made an appointment for my mini schnauzer to get his first haircut in way too long (thanks to a move and complete kitchen remodel we let the poor pup go way too long!) at the groomer less than a mile from the new house… or so I thought. I made the appointment for Paw Alley instead and our boy got a great cut. It was about the same price we had been paying in Bay Park but it was almost as far from the house as the old groomer so we decided to try out the one close to the house.
After about 2 years of so-​so hair cuts and a very scary experience we decided to go back to Paw Alley in hopes that they were still as good as we remember.
They were able to get him in when we needed and he got a great cut and his teeth brushed. The clipper marks we had become accustomed too were nowhere to be found and he was cut nice and short the way we like it. I was also really appreciative of being told that he was not a fan of getting his paws clipped. It’s feedback we had never received and since he lets us hold and pet his paws we knew that he must have had a bad grooming experience somewhere else.
Paw Alley will be our new go to for our baby’s grooming!

I was just in with my dog and had her teeth cleaned my vet said it would be $ 800+ and they would have to put her under these guys do not put the dog under and its only $ 120 her teeth are so clean. I’m so glad I found these two. Keep up the good work. My dog Lulu says Two Paws up.

Nicole and Jeff are maintaining the excellent service and standards we were use to with Jane. The shop has a fresh new feel and my Labradoodle Bebop walked out looking better than ever. I appreciate the all natural shampoos and products they use, the great service and care with my pet. Recommended

Nicole is a wonderful new owner! I am so glad she took over the shop! My abused, beautiful little Shih Tzu was totally overgrown and OMG!!! He looks like a movie star dog! He is holding his head up, and can actually see through the fur. When I brought him in he was shaking so hard I almost didn’t leave him… HOWEVER, Nicole did her magic and when I picked him him I found him in her lap waiting for me, snuggling… and a very happy boy! Thanks so much! A forever customer!

My border collie is very particular about being groomed (very skittish) and I find that Paw Alley always puts him at ease and they genuinely care about their dog clients. When he comes out he is well washed and nicely clipped. The new owners who were the previous groomers working there are just as lovely as Jane was. I am very satisfied and have been for years with their services. I trust them and highly recommend them. Will not take my business elsewhere. You can see them grooming dogs and see how clean the shop is. Have had anywhere from miserable (petco) to just so-​so experiences at other places. Glad to have found this groomer!

My golden retriever looks adorable and smells so clean! They did a great job cleaning his ears (a problem area for us) and he was a happy pup when I came to pick him up. The people there were friendly to people and pets alike. I will be going back.

I brought my dog here for the first time and I’m soooo happy I did! My dog is so difficult with bathing and getting her nails clipped, and Nicole did such an amazing job. My pup now looks and smells amazing and she gets so many compliments. I’m definitely bringing my dog back here and recommending them to all my friends.

No nonsense, good grooming, and friendly service.
The shop is very clean and you can see dogs being groomed when you walk in (although I only see one being worked on at a time which is a good sign). The groomer is really nice and my dog gets individual attention. I trust them and know my dog is in good hands. I would definitely recommend.

First groomer I tried in the central San Diego area, haven’t turned back since! Friendly and caring staff, also knowledgable about grooming and Dog hygiene. Might not be the cheapest groomer in San Diego, but you definitely get what you pay for!

We take Titan once a month. Everyone is nice and professional. They are on time with your dog and call you hes done early.
