The owner of this stand needs to hire some professional sales associates who respect their clients as well as other shoppers who are passing by. There were 2 ladies who were working today at 3pm when I was making my way to Macy’s. They were apparently upset that I was not interested in stopping to smell their sample perfume they were hollering out to me. One of the ladies made a rude remark, «hope your day gets better.» They were very sarcastic and rude to other passersby who were similarly not interested. I called the stand and her name was Christine. I was not surprised to find she also was incapable of displaying proper telephone etiquette. Incredibly trashy and quite a nuisance to have to walk by such classless individuals while trying to have a pleasant shopping experience. Westfield Horton Plaza should be more selective on who they rent their space to.

This business is a kiosk at the Horton Plaza mall. I had seen this kiosk for a couple years now at the mall and figured that it had some credibility. Boy, was I wrong! I asked the lady prior to purchase if the perfume they sell were really genuine, original products. The lady who was helping told me that it was and tried to explain the alleged wholesale system that allows them to sell perfumes at a significantly cheaper rate than department stores. I wanted a bottle of Flower Bomb. Originally, the lady told me that it is $ 145, but then she whispered that she would knock $ 45 off the total price for me. With tax and everything, the total I paid was $ 117.45. I had asked if they had a bottle out, but they only had the three in boxes to sell. When I opened the box, the bottle looked different than all the other Flower Bomb bottles I had seen before. It had black logos and writing all over it, when really the bottle should be clear. I sprayed a little bit of it on my wrist and it smelled just like Flower Bomb should, only an hour later the scent had faded drastically. I started to pull up google images of the fragrance in case the bottle was a new design, only to find that it did not exist. I had been swindled! I know I am partly to blame for believing the kiosk, but this was not some random man on the street with a box of perfumes. This is a kiosk at a pretty decent mall that has been there for years. While I was there, there was another lady purchasing multiple perfumes, I mean she had set aside boxes and boxes of perfumes. Please do not be a victim of a fraudulent purchase and avoid this place! Their return policy is a no-return policy and they only allow exchanges. Oh, that’s real helpful! Can you please exchange my counterfeit perfume for another counterfeit perfume? I am so disgusted with this business and even myself for allowing them to swindle me! Ah! So mad!
