I found Dr. Phung because I was looking for an affordable eye exam package. Very pleased. Office is small but Dr. P is very thorough and nice. Smart too! He speaks like 3 languages. It’s very ‘your neighborhood eye place’ so if you’re looking for that cozy feel come here! He also has an office in like Carmel Valley or somewhere fancy as well as this one if you need a change of scenery.
