All I have to say is that even with an appointment prepare to wait for more than 2 hours!!!

Horrible service. Unprofessional. Never using this location again. Now I understand why this is one of the only locations with appointments always available.

They make you wait over an hour even with an appointment. What’s the point of even booking one if you still have to wait over an hour? I came in and the place was completely empty so I wasn’t worried. Then an hour passes by and the waiting room fills up to the point where there aren’t any seats for any patient. Completely inexcusable. After an hour, they finally gave me something to fill out to make sure I’m eligible for the green card. Now, another wait.

The Wi-​Fi is free but keeps kicking you off. When you make an appointment, you still wait an hour! 6 rooms, 2 Technicians. This kind of stuff makes my blood boil, especially when you have other things to take care of. What is the purpose of an appointment if you can’t be seen within Ten minutes of your appointment?

After a wild of party party party @ tha club… drink smoke drinkl… if you get that night and need to get it out later this is the place.
Great abortion experience… Ill be sure to come here for my next one.

I usually go to the PP in Chula Vista on Broadway. I like the area better. However, twice I was told they couldn’t fit me in because they were short on technicians. I called the main PP phoneline and the lady helped me to get seen by this center. I needed some care asap because of a UTI and for those who have gotten one before, you know it’s like your crotch is miserably on fire and you just can’t wait around. The parking lot is kind cramped as plaza itself is cramped but it was fine. My appointment was at 2 and the lady told me that since I was just a squeeze in it would be a longer wait… She told me 2 hrs! I wish they would have said so on the phone because I might have just cancelled it and booked a real appointment but honestly within 1 hour and 45 min I was happily on my way home. They played Pitch Perfect in the waiting area so that kept me busy.
All staff members were helpful and nice. Technician herself was fine. Could be friendlier. Im appreciative for all PP has to offer and this center was good. Only reason I wouldn’t come here is because it’s further away from me than the one in Chula Vista. I just wish they had more technicians !! I

It wasn’t like before when they actually cared and spoke to you in a way in which they don’t make you feel stupid and the nurse I had was sarcastic. I mean don’t we go there to ask questions? No matter how many times we ask them. If that person explained better and took time to explain things then I don’t think I would be complaining. They also don’t know what they’re supposed to know. I asked them a simple question and 3 people told me 3 different answers, wth. You work there right? Shouldn’t you know the answers to any questions asked? I waited almost an hour from my appointment also. Poor service period!

I made an appointment online. I waited about 10 minutes to get my vitals checked and questions answered, which is not bad. The bathroom barely had any toilet paper left. I told one of the staffs but she said someone else will do it. After going back out to wait, l had to wait 50 minutes. the staff didn’t even bother letting me know how long I have to wait or why I am waiting so long. Once I am in the room I have to wait another 20 minutes.

I had an appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t seen till hour later. This place is always packed and some of the nurses there have smart comments and are rude.

Planned Parenthood needed to be more careful with this ‘Provider’, a.k.a NURSE PRACTIONER KRIS KING, she VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Other then that the facutlity VERY clean and redone!!!

Wow, this location is definitely CLEAN! Just wow, I’m definitely in shock still. Anywho, the staff here seem really nice and the lady who had helped me was really sweet and made me feel comfortable.
My wait time here wasn’t too long, but they were playing pitch perfect on the tv in the lobby so it definitely made me happy.
I think I might come here more often!

Better safe than sorry! You get what you want/​need and that’s it. Not much to say! Good customer service.
