Charles F. Campbell opened the law firm of Point Loma Law in January 2010. Charlie has extensive experience practicing various aspects of the law, including real estate litigation and eminent domain.

Attorney Campbell has over 30 years of experience practicing every aspect of real estate litigation, including eminent domain, inverse condemnation, boundary disputes, encroachment, view preservation, prescriptive easements, neighbor disputes, nuisance, breach of contract and fraud in the purchase or sale of residential and commercial property.

Attorney Campbell was on the trial team that won a $ 42 million verdict in an eminent domain case where the condemning agency originally offered the landowner only $ 17 million. Campbell has also been the attorney of record in 12 published appellate opinions.
