primary towing

So I recently had a very bad medical condition that caused me not to be able to work on my flat tire from a 2001 f-​150. So I called primary towing and explained the make and model in detail. They said they would be right over which they were timely. To my suprise a guy shows up in a car with no tools, etc. In my head at first I didn’t care just get my spare tire down under the bed of the truck and fix it. This guy spent over and hour trying to figure out what to do even with the manuel. At the end he said sorry I can’t figure it out then gave me a place he thought was mobile and after I called was not.
Later that day had a friend come by and he figured it out in about 15 minutes without looking at the manuel and he doesn’t even do that for a living LOL.
What a joke a tow company that can’t even change a tire. Thank God I was not on the freeway or somewhere stuck.
