I was referred to Primo Alterations by the lady who I bought my wedding dress from. I had wonderful service, Mona’s team transformed my wedding dress to make it unique and perfect for me.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to going back here for dry cleaning, alterations, and custom mens shirts.

From the first meeting with Muna I felt comfortable and confident in her as my choice for a seamstress for my wedding gown. She was able to make the alterations I desired and was both upfront and fair in her pricing. In addition to that, she made my husband feel comfortable when he came in to have a suit custom made for our wedding. We were so impressed with the quality and pricing of the suit that we decided to have all of our groomsmen order custom shirts for the wedding in lieu of renting ill fitting tuxedos. Everything turned out wonderfully and I can say we are now customers for life. From our dry cleaning to any future alteration needs, we will be coming to see Muna and her team. No words can describe how awesome this place is to make miracles happen! Muna is seriously a fairy godmother, she must have a wand somewhere in the back because when I left her my two dresses that needed cleaning and altering, receiving my dresses back was like getting brand new dresses!
I had a white dress that needed a lot of cleaning (i had fun at my wedding) and when I got my dress back, there was no stains, no evidence of a good time! It was like brand new again!!!
When I gave her my dress that needed altering and cleaning and had to have it back in less than a week! She had it back and ready for me in like less than 5 days!!! I was amazed on her work and speed! She altered my dress in a day!
This husband and wife shop is heaven sent and I will be coming to them in the future and sending all my friends to them! They truly go above and beyond for your satisfaction!

I came in with intentions of getting alterations for a wedding dress that I had won from a bridal convention. The dress was beautiful, but a bit too tight. The conventions have tons of selections, but because they don’t manufacture the dresses and most are used, it’s tough to find the perfect dress in the perfect size. I was so stoked about being able to get it for free because I loved it and I was told it’d be super easy to just get a corset back and BOOM it would fit like a glove… THANK GOD IT DIDN’T THOUGH. If it did, I may not have ever met everyone at Primo Alterations and Dry Cleaning. I came to Muna with the intention of altering the free dress and was bummed when she told me that it was possible, but it just wouldn’t look right. That was one of the biggest things I appreciated about her-​her honesty.
She saw me sink in the dressing room when realizing I needed to find a new dress and it just so happened she had a dress that hadn’t been picked up. It was owned by a friend of Muna’s who used it for a photoshoot and had a shop! After convincing me to try it on, it was clear-​the dress was MEANT for me. Muna called her friend and made sure I wasn’t walking out of her store without the dress of my dreams. I was beyond happy & let me tell you… both of my dresses were amazing.
I had an amazing red dress I’d picked out for my reception and thanks to Muna, an amazing white wedding dress as well. Not only did she work relentlessly on my wedding and reception dresses, but she knew what was best for each dress. I came in week after week and watched the dresses become MINE. They complimented the best parts of me, and hid the not so flattering parts (as I’m no size 2)…but that’s not all.
Poor Muna had her work cut out for her when I gave her my 3 flower girl dresses as well! The only problem was that I only had 1 flower girl who lived locally and the other two lived thousands of miles away and wouldn’t be here in time for fittings. After showing her pictures of them and approximations, the master put in work. Our flower girls all fit their dresses like a glove and looked FABULOUS! Throughout our wedding day they kept referring to themselves as princesses for how their dresses made them feel, and I could relate. By the time Muna and her team were finished with my dresses, it was like they were made for me and I’ve never felt more beautiful.
Now, looking back… it’s clear that walking into Primo Alterations and Dry Cleaning was one of the biggest blessings throughout the madness of wedding planning. I can’t thank Mona and her team enough. She’s wonderful and makes you feel like family. Every piece of work she does is going to be done like you’re her own daughter, sister, cousin, friend. I would recommend this small business to everyone… I mean, there’s no doubt… I refuse to go anywhere else for my alterations or dry cleaning!

Primo Alterations provided good quality suit tailoring on very short notice. I called an hour before they were closing and they still had time to get me in a do my alterations. I will be taking all my clothes here to get altered. The prices were perfect. I will recommend this location to everyone I know.

I was referred to Muna by another bridal alterations shop when I was looking for someone to alter a blingy sash I was planning to wear with my wedding dress. I ended up having Muna work on my wedding dress, the sash, and a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. Muna is very thorough. She takes her time to make sure everything is fitted perfectly; making suggestions on how to improve the fit and look. Both my dresses came out beautifully and fit like they were made for me. Muna and her team are also super nice and accommodating. When I realized I didn’t have time to iron the tablecloths two days before the wedding, I called Muna on a whim. She and her team were able to take on my last minute request and pressed our tablecloths in time to deliver to the venue. I would not hesitate to take all my future alteration needs to Muna again.

Love the fact they are family owned and have taken over the business from past family for years now. The husband always helps me carry my dry cleaning to the car, and his wife, Mona is amazing with alterations from simple to eloquent wedding dresses. She’s miraculously fixed and transformed several of my ball gown and complicated beaded dresses, and redone hacked alterations.

Wonderful service! I was invited to attend a military ball in 2 weeks. I knew I had to dress in formal attire, and the last time I ever did that was over 10 years ago for senior prom. Now with my height, finding a long dress is a challenge (I’m under 5′ tall). The dress I bought didn’t require over a foot of fabric to be cut off, which is awesome for me.
Unilocal pointed me in the direction of Primo Alterations. They had such great reviews, so I made a call and spoke with Mona to come in a few hours later. I’ve never had anything professionally altered before, so I was a little nervous. She quoted me a price over the phone, but I had to come in for her to take a look at the to see if there is anything that might affect it.
The shop was easy to find, it’s located in a strip mall section next to a 7 – 11. Each time I went, parking is easy to find. The shop is a decent size, with a comfortable waiting area and dressing room.
Mona is so sweet! She took her time in making sure the measurements were precise with the length I wanted. I asked her if it would be ready in a week, so I’d have enough time before the event. She assured me it would be done in less time than that. I took it in on a Thursday and picked it up the following Tuesday. I’m very impressed with the work that was done! The length is perfect and the stitching looks great. No changes in the price she told me when I took it in.
Professional and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for any future services.

I’m getting married in two weeks. Typing that statement just gave me hives. Not because I’m nervous — Dude and I have been interwoven for nearly a decade, he is my lifeblood, etc. I am breaking out in hives because wedding planning is the W — O — R — S — T– WORST.
REWIND to two years ago. We got engaged! Hooray! I believed my wedding was to be the MOST chill. «I am chill, you are chill, we are chill, let’s make this a chill wedding,» we thought.

Overpriced venues. Food. Booze. Licenses. Inviting exes and estrangeds and drunks and kids. Who sits where? They hate each other. Why did we invite them? Why didn’t we have a smaller wedding? Why didn’t we just elope (seriously, guys. JUST ELOPE)? Weddings are an exercise in patience, and as I have previously stated, I do not like exercise. Between arguments over location and nearly going broke to pay for liquor and photography (oh, and MOVING at the same time), I was about ready to crawl under the floorboards and pull a hard Runaway Bride move a couple weeks ago — that’s how stressed I was. Then I went to my second wedding dress fitting with Muna at Primo Alterations, and took my first real breath, smiled my first real smile, in probably a month.
Muna and her team are THE. REAL. DEAL. Punctual. Unbelievably precise. Helpful. Kind. An eye for details and silhouettes that saved me from feeling serious buyers remorse about my dress (I bought the first one I tried. SO dumb). I’ve never had anything altered professionally before so I’m not sure about prices compared to any other place, but Muna provides an accurate estimate before she even makes a single stitch.
I had my final fitting yesterday, and Muna gave me a big hug and reassured me EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE GREAT, which literally almost made me burst into tears it was so sweet. I have yet to walk down the aisle in my dress, but I have 100% confidence that it will be perfect. So if our friends get in a fist fight or my mom says something passive aggressive to my dad or the food just DOESNT SHOW UP, at least I know I can go stand alone in a room with a mirror and stare at my perfect, beautiful, amazing dress. Muna is a lifesaver. GO.

You will not regret getting your men’s suit tailored at Primo Alterations and Dry Cleaning! I dropped my suit off last week and when I tried it on today, the suit fit perfectly! They really know how to make a suit look and feel great. They treated me like I was family, and I will definitely be back. Thank you again for making me look sharp for the wedding!

Honestly, they saved the day. My bridesmaid dress that fit two weeks ago, wouldn’t zip up 2 days prior to the actual wedding and I was freaking out because it was 10pm and no one was open so I barely got any sleep and stumbled across this place on Unilocal and hoped for a miracle the next morning. I came in today (day before the wedding) and they were able to take all of my measurements and was told they can get everything done before they close today. I am so grateful and I feel like I can finally breathe again. Thank you guys so much for being so patient, so accommodating and being all-​around amazing.

I took in a few shirts and a dress to be tailored.
They are the nicest couple! My kids were being, well brats and they didn’t kick me out. Huge plus. Prices seemed decent, no issues at all.
I got my clothes back quick, and they were tailored perfectly!

I used Primo Alterations to alter my wedding gown, and the experience was stress-​free and amazing!
I was recommended to them by a friend after I contacted a fancier wedding alterations specialist who was all booked up for the next 6 months! My friend suggested Primo Alterations and said that she liked them but didn’t know if they do bridal. Checked their website– they do! I made an appt with Muna, who is friendly, sweet, and confident in her craft. She guided me in the decisions I needed to make in altering my pre-​owned wedding gown.
I do not like being the center of attention, so as much as I enjoy watching Say Yes to the Dress, this was NOT the experience that I wanted or got in altering my wedding gown. Don’t get me wrong– Muna treats everyone like they’re special and deserving; but if you’re looking to be pampered (champagne, seating for a large bridal party, etc, etc) this is not the alteration specialist for you. Muna and her team are busy, hardworking people, and she will occasionally have to step away to handle other customers.
That being said, they offer VERY competitive prices. I was pleased with the cost of the work done on such fussy, delicate materials. Most importantly, my dress fit perfectly and looked exactly the way I wanted! They also were happy to store the dress for me once it was finished since I didn’t want my live-​in fiancé to see it before the wedding day.
With all the stress that comes along with wedding planning, it was such a relief to use Primo Alterations for my gown!

I can not say enough about what a delight this establishment is. Muna and her team are the most courteous and professional alterations staff that I have ever been in contact with. They are caring and will treat you with the utmost respect. Every bride deserves this level of impeccable customer service. 5 stars are just not enough! You will be 100% satisfied!

Wow! They’re miracle workers! I ordered a «custom» dress online for my 12 year old daughter. We received it 2 weeks before the event and it was ALL wrong. It needed to be let out about 4 or 5 inches around her waist and hemmed up about a foot and a half. I drove around looking for a seamstress and NOBODY would touch it. We were losing hope until a bridal shop referred me to Primo alterations and dry cleaning. The minute we stepped in the door we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They explained to me that it was a lot of work but nothing they couldn’t handle. These ladies are experts at what they do. The dress turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined! They’re the nicest, most honest and professional people. Just a joy to work with! if you have a problem with them, there’s something wrong with you!

Love love love them. I bought a gown online and it was too small. After fighting with the company I lost my battle and had 10 days to get it fixed. I brought my dress here and they had to alter it three times bc I kept gaining weight (in a good way). Not only that but after discussion they added a beautiful slit in the front that opened up lovely as I walked. They were very sweet and patient and very cautious. They werent scissor happy which was very good. Few months later I went in to get another dress dry cleaned and they remembered me. Definitely is my go to place for my clothes.

Just dropped off two more suits. A family run business. They are always so friendly and customer service is top notch. I don’t even try things on when I pick them up because I know the work and fit will be of the highest caliber. I highly, highly recommend.
I also know of a few businesses that send out their merchandise to get altered here.

Although I’ve sewn my own dresses many times in the past I have never had my measurements properly taken. Holding a measuring tape around your bust in front of a mirror hardly constitutes as proper or sufficient for bridesmaid dress orders. Instead I checked my trusty Unilocal App. I found this place based on the reviews and proximity to my office. Thank you again Unilocal for hooking it up with the best places!
I was able to spend just under 30 minutes having my measurements taken and recorded to be able to have my dress made for a wedding in the fall. Instead of just slapping a measuring tape around me, Mona asked to see the style of the dress and the dress maker’s website to know exactly where the measurements should be taken. Not only did she review the dress briefly on my phone, she went to grab her tablet to pull up the full website and information so that I wouldn’t send the wrong info! I had no idea that the measurements needed to be so precise so it was a really good thing I didn’t try to take this job over on my own.
The dresses arrive in the end of May and I am planning to be a little more fit by the time the wedding rolls around in August (less beer, more biking and yoga… sure that’s gonna happen). Either way, I know I’ll be stopping in here for any needed alterations!
