I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate a party of five, but when they arrived it was kind of half true. They had enough chairs but definitely not enough nails technicians so 2 of us had to wait quite a while. Disappointed, but I wasn’t too upset… everyone would just chat and eventually get their nails done. What warrants the one star was my worst pedicure experience ever, no exaggeration. It was so painful, I had to jerk my foot away and request her to stop. I don’t think I’ve ever paid so much attention to the process for fear of getting hurt. My toes were painted so haphazardly that I had to point out she basically painted half of my skin along with nail. The owner had to actually take over in the end to salvage the mess. It was quite evident from the staffs’ faces and actions that it was a poor job. No discount was issued and my nails and feet suffered for months for it — my nail had been clipped too far in from the side so it took forever to grow out before I could get it redone and the surrounding skin was all messed up while it healed. The owner/manager was super friendly, but you still have to follow up with good services.

My friend and I were looking for a place for a mani/pedi in Mira Mesa. Not many good choices considering the reviews were so terrible. We had just eaten at Phở Hoa Cali Express across the street and decided to take our chances at this place. I spent 3.5 hours here just to get a pink&white fill with gel and a regular pedicure. The Pink&White Fill was terrible and the gel that Stephanie had me pay $ 5 extra was drippy and did not coat my COMPLETE fingernails. Her reasoning was that because I had two different powder mixes, the gel would not stick. WHAT?!! If that was the case, why offer GEL coating if it will NOT work! One of the worst nail jobs that I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 15 years. The pedicure was painful and SOOOOO slow! We arrived at the Nail salon around 5:30 p.m. and I was finally done at 8:09 p.m. The owner, Stephanie, is super nice but that does not warrant a return trip for any other services. Thanks for being nice but no thanks on the results of the nail services.

Have been having eyelash extensions done by Stephanie for almost a year. She does an amazing job. The lashes look so natural. I always get lots of compliments! The prices are very competitive, too! I also get my manis and pedis here, as well and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have used Jenni, Wendy and Lily and they are all really good. The prices cannot be beat!

$ 25 for a spa mani/pedi. A gel manicure itself is $ 25. Not bad compared to other places. The building itself could use a little sprucing up but that’s not the Spa owner’s fault. Wish there was more gel colors to choose from, though.

Had a pedicure here, i usually go to a different place, but wanted to try this one, since it is so close to home and had just opened up. The prices are definitely good, but with that comes poor service. The girl who did my pedicure cut me about 5 different times, wth? Usually I am all relaxed during pedicures and this one hurt most of the time she was using any tool in her hand. Just a rough person I guess, I think her name was Han or Hon, something similar. I give one star for the massage part which was good, but will not be back, being cut at nail salons pose serious health risks so this is not a place for me.
