Established in 2014.

Evan Kirstein specializes in working with those who are ready to do more with their life despite the struggles that come with living with ADHD. Whether you are a parent who is seeking help for your child, a college student who is looking for studying techniques, or an adult looking for success strategies in the workplace, Progressive Growth Coaching can help.

Evan developed the plan to become a coach while working as the Executive Director of a Tutoring and Mentoring program in San Diego. While developing programs, consulting with his clients and training staff, he was able to realize his talents and grasp the need for 1:1 as well as group coaching for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder to the community. He has been training with MentorCoach LLC since summer of 2014 and is in line to receive his PAAC and PCC licenses, which are upheld by the International Coaching Federation, in the winter of 2015.

Business Owner

I have devoted my professional career to creating success in academic, psychological and behavioral education with children. With over 15 years of experience, I have worn many hats in my career. I have been a personal coach, counselor, consultant, director of a mentoring and social club program as well as a special needs teacher. I have taught students from preschool age through high school including special education and alternative education. I coach and teach adolescents, parents and professionals the behavioral management skills and positive reinforcements that I have learned along the way. I understand what it takes to successfully engage a student and give them hope that there is a path for them. My experience has enabled me to help many parents and students to open themselves and learn about creating positive pathways.
