Quality Air – Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance

I have been called 2 times by this company, told that they had serviced my AC unit in the past, when asked when, I was told in the past year… LIES They are just calling anyone and pretending to have worked on your system. Pretty bad practice in my opinion!

I’ll justify the single star for consistency because all of the other reviews match my experience. Cancelled appointments, no reschedule calls, no confirmation calls, losing my information, unprofessional phone service — how are these people still in business? They weren’t even concerned when I asked for a refund. Fortunately the refund was from a third party because I don’t think I would ever have got my money back otherwise.

I wish there was a function to rate NO STARS! Words can’t describe my frustration with these people.
I purchased a groupon back in September 2012. Finally got around to making an appointment in the first week of March 2013. The day before my appointment, they call me to reschedule. They said that the technician called out sick and he is the only person they have that can do the job. Their next available appointment wasn’t for another month; April 9^th. My groupon has an expiration date of March 13, 2013, but they reassured me that it’s still valid and I could still use it after that date. So, I decide to reschedule since that was my only option.
A month goes by and now it’s the day before my appointment… agian. To my suprise I receive another phone call from a BLOCKED number. Once I check the voicemail, I am notified that it is once again this company calling to RESCHEDULE! Looks like their technician called out sick again! They want me to wait another 3 weeks! When I explain to them that I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 3 weeks and I should get an earlier date considering this is now the second time they are failing to show up because they don’t have reliable employee’s. They just explain that they are really busy and can’t cancel anyone elses appointment to do that. Sounds like bad work ethic and a poor buisiness practice if you ask me. If they don’t have room to rectify situations created by their crappy employees maybe they shouldn’t be doing buisness or trying to render services at all!
Not to mention, every time I call there’s a lot of noise in the back ground like all their employees are just goofing off and parting.
The icing on the cake is definitely when I asked to speak to a manager. The guy tells me he can’t transfer me and that I would have to call him directly at 1−888−621−3925. I think to myself… hmm that’s interesting… the manager has an 888 number, but whatever, I’ll try it… Turns out, it’s just the complaint department and I’m supposed to leave a message!
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
