Dakata, the tech, absolutely knew his job. The business was thorough, informed, and quick. Their customer service is unparalleled. I initially consulted a few other repair services, and QUICK FIX was the least expensive, without sacrificing excellence in customer service and repair work

Their business name is very misleading. I dropped my phone off and they told me it was going to take about 15 minutes for them figure out what was wrong. I ended up being there for over 30 – 40 minutes and during that time, many customers walked in thinking their items were going to be ready, only to find that they still needed a few more minutes. It was the same story for approx. 5 customers that walked in. One lady even started to fall asleep while she waited way past her original pick up time. Anyway, I left my phone there and was told it would be ready tomorrow by 3pm. I called at about 2 and after being told they couldn’t locate my phone for the first 5 minutes of our conversation, they finally found it. The guy said it would be done at 3pm. I shower up at approx. 4:30 pm only to find that they still hasn’t figured out what was wrong with my phone. They recommended that I visit the old place I used to go to and they returned my phone to me. They are obviously understaffed and totally disorganized. Don’t go there. The techs at Quick Fix do a great job and are very reasonable priced. They did an excellent job in replacing my iphone 5’s broken screen twice (yeah I need a better case).

I love this place. I have had several iPhones fixed at this shop. The service was fast and the prices reasonable. Dakota is a rock star! I have recommended Quick Fix to many coworkers and friends, no one has ever told me they had a bad experience. They also offer 5% off with cash payment.

Brought different iPhones to these guys ranging from iPhone 5 to 5c to 6 and 6 plus. Every time rockstar service. A few hick ups but they are a small company doing things right. Their a little ruff and rustic but do good work. Place isn’t much to look at the a/​c doesn’t work but who gives a shit. Your not there to hang out and screw about. They always have people walking in the door to get stuff repaired. I mean 3 – 4 people anytime you walk in because their cheap, smart and do good work. If something ain’t perfect they fix it for free. Everyone working there are good people. Treat ya like family and they help anyone In need of phone services. Call uhm up stop by don’t be an idiot a d go somewhere else.

Came in with an IPHONE 5S that wouldnt charge. Quickly helped by Dakota who found a bunch of lint, removed it and the phone charges great now! Thanks Quick Fix!

This place more than lives up to their name. I recently spilled beer on my iPhone5, and while it wasn’t liquid damaged since the spill wasn’t that bad and I left it powered off in rice for a week, unsightly white spots had formed under the screen. I brought it into Quick Fix on a Sunday around noon. The friendly staff at the counter took a look at the phone and suggested a screen replacement that would only take 30 minutes. 30 minutes!
I went to lunch and came back to find my phone was good as new. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. Thanks to all the great staff at Quick Fix!

Quick Simple Fix. Don’t expect more. My iPhone’s home button started working after their quick 1hour fix, but it started lose signal dramatically right after I took it from them. They were trying to check but didn’t find «anything wrong» and explain that it’s because of AT&T signal…
My second iPhone still has issue with home and sleep button after I tried to change the battery with ifixit and accidentally hurted something else inside. I didn’t call them for a week or so, since I’m not often in Downtown, when I called them — they couldn’t find my phone at all. They never called me back as promised. I had to called them, but always wrong time when lady who is in charge were off that day and nobody else can explain me if is any progress on a repair. It took me one month to get back my phone with no repair and there are no screws anymore, but I get one extra back panel and charging port (don’t know if it’s working) and with the summary that «something wrong with the motherboard».
It might be more useful if I explain what happened not only to the receptionist (Dakota), but also to the lady who were trying to fix, so she will have an idea what has to be fixed. When I get back home and just googled symptoms it took me 30 minutes to find out that it might be U3 chip — I have opened it and checked the location and yes, it was a problem. I have damaged this chip during changing the battery.
Conclusion:
They are polite and trying to be helpful as much their professionalism allows them.
Quick Fix (change screen, fix buttons) — Yes.
Deep fix (you screwed up something by yourself) — don’t waste your time here, try to find.
Always follow up with these guys, they never call me back.
Had no comparing with other repair shops, but I guess it might be even worse. So will put it 3 stars.

I super love this place. Every time that I’ve needed them they have come thru. I highly recommend them to anyone with any electronic needs.

Ask for Dakota he’s the man! He literally fixed my phone in 10 minutes I couldn’t believe it. It’s absolutely in perfect condition. Most places I go to they break the sensor so my face would start pressing buttons or my pictures have been erased as they were fixing it. When I went here everything went absolutely perfect!

Had Dakota fix my death screen on my Android today. I was so scared that I’d have to buy a new phone. He replaced the broken part for $ 20, $ 5 off with a coupon — so only $ 15 to fix my phone! So so so awesome. This place is close to my work so I dropped it off, picked up some Chipotle, came back and it was done! I’m so so so happy with Quick Fix and Dakota. THANK YOU!

I just left this place. I came with my son (Samsung G3) and his girlfriend (iPhone 5) to get estimates. The younger gentleman was super cool and gave us what I thought was a legit price to repair the charging port for the G3. Not only that, he fixed the iPhone 5’s charging port by just cleaning out all the debris. He didn’t charge anything for that. We really appreciated that gesture and you can bet that this is the ONLY place we’ll be taking our phones to for repairs. Thanks, guys!

«Quick» is right, got my busted iPhone 4 screen replaced in about 45 mins on a Friday just before they closed. Guys were chill, transaction was fast and easy.
The screen seems slightly less vivid than the original, but is functioning perfectly. It’s been less than 24 hours so I’ll definitely update if it craps out.

Walked in this morning w/​my daughter’s Apple iPad w/​its screen badly shattered and edges dented and scraped up. We’ve been living w/​it for the past 6 months because:
a) I thought it would be a good lesson for her to take better care of her things, and
b) I didn’t want to pay to replace it!
But, I thought a new screen might be a good Christmas gift, so, after reading all the positive Unilocal reviews, figured I’d give Quick Fix Tech Repair a try. Adam (dubbed the «iPhone Jesus» by other Unilocalers) and his associate Dakota hooked me up, and a couple hours later, I walked out w/​an iPad that was smooth and looked good-​as-​new, for just $ 99 + tax.
The new screen definitely looked miraculous to me! I was very impressed, and would absolutely recommend them. They have a 30-​day warranty, which is great, too.
