Rachell Allen NCLEX Review

I have done a number of researches to find a NCLEX RN review compatible to my needs. Most of the reviews I found were online based which does not benefit to my visual learning method and I eliminated them. Finally, I stopped by at Rachell Allen website and read the amazing success stories of people who had struggled to overcome the NCLEX RN hurdle before attending the Rachell Allen NCLEX review. Each of them described their agony at failing the NCLEX RN 1X, 2X,… how they had lost hope until they tried the Rachell Allen way as a last resort — it was great all of them had positive ending — passed the NCLEX. Most stories were related to my own,(failed once and I admit I had underestimated the NCLEX RN and made inadequate preparation when I took it) a significant number of them were foreign graduate nurses attempting to get license and secure jobs in the US market. Therefore, I paid and booked a place to attend the 10 days review session in my home city of San Diego. I was provided with a clear structure of the review sessions, complimented with pre-​review materials and guidance on to go about the review to get the maximum benefit. Therefore, I prepared myself by covering as much topics before the actual session.
Just less than an hour in to the introduction, as I listened to the coaches laying the objectives of the reviews; what we students could expect from the review and emphasising on the need for individual effort in order to make use of the review sessions. I was convinced this was an opportunity I can not afford to miss. The coaches made it clear to us they knew both the content of the topics covered by the NCLEX and how to simplify contents, and instil best ways to tackle the fear factor associated with NCLEX examination. The reviews were provided on anatomical system basis (Gasto, genitourinary, respiratory…) and pre and post review tests were also provided to help each candidate evaluate his/​her own progress. An initial test comprised 265 questions to emulate the NCLEX, and assess individual endurance and ability to remain focused throughout the real NCLEX examination (Max. 6hours). Rachell Allen sent each candidate with results and assessment detailing of his/​her performance together with areas of strength and weaknesses. Personally, I found the assessment to be accurate about my knowledge and and areas of deficit. it does not stop there; before and after completing a system a 40 Q test were given and continuously helped me to celebrate on my positive progress.
My post review test results after the completion of specific system were impressive which motivated me to study harder and digest the materials provided by the coaches.
By the end of 10 days intensive review, I was confident with weeks of extra study and taking post review test (taken 10 days after the completion of class based review); I would be ready to pass the NCLEX. Surely enough, I took 8 weeks extra reading and booked for my examination; and YES, I passed and acquired my RN license from the California board of nursing in September 2015.
In conclusion, I would like to state that individual determination and hard work is essential to pass the NCLEX RN, but attending such simplified review session by Rachell Allen and the super motivation by the amazing examination coaches will guarantee you a much anticipated PASS! You can do it!!!

They say ‚“Experience is the best teacher”, but for me… Joining rachell allen 10 days review class is the best experience n decision i have ever made. I can’t stop thanking Mam Jennie & Sir Ryan. Your guidance & motivation has made me achieve my goal. Before finding Rachell Allen i was not able to figure out my weak points. I was having a hard time to get the concepts & strategies to answer the questions. I had no idea from where to start n what to study. I was not confident enough to schedule my test… BUT … After attending the classes, I have learnt and understood so many things that i might have missed in my nursing school. It was my best investment. They know what we need to know to pass the test. They will point out the main topics u need to focuss. I m glad that i found Rachell allen here in san diego. If you are looking for a nclex review that will get you back on your feet, Rachell Allen is who you want to go to! I was down and out for a long time due to not passing the nclexRN. My experience was life changing. My nclex coaches helped motivate me like no other. They will help you gain motivation and positivity everyday. They will give you content that you’ve learned from nursing school and also give you tips on things to look for on the nclex. We did questions daily to show us what we learned throughout the day. So, you never have to question «am I learning something». You learn so much! I also loved my nclex coaches, they were so positive and excited everyday.
