Radiant Smiles

I selected to go to Radiant smiles based on impeccable reviews I read on Unilocal.They really have some stellar reviews. But oh boy was I extremely disappointed.
Having read about Dr. Lee on Unilocal,I scheduled a visit with Dr. Lee for regular checkup. Since he is so popular, my appointment was about a month out. I was ok to wait that long as I didnt have any pressing issue to be looked at and wanted the best Man to do the job. I had double checked with the scheduling person that I am getting Dr. Lee to do the checkup.
Fast forward to the day of appointment, the wait was minimal. Some basic form to be filled and we were checked in. We were seen by Dr. Lee’s incapable assistant (in training ?) working on her own. It took her multiple tries to get the X ray’s done correctly. Also she was jumping back and forth between one other patient and consulting some other assistant or dr. Basically the ordeal took twice the amount of time it should have taken.
Be careful with their bait and switch technique. We were not communicated that Dr. Lee wouldn’t see us nor were offered any apologies. I did bring it up with the receptionist that we were supposed to see Dr. Lee but she said that Dr. Lee was busy and couldnt see us. Especially after having confirmed multiple times that we would like to be seen by Dr. Lee.
I am not sure how this practice gets 5 star rating. I would highly recommend that you go to some other honest and ethical dentist.

I have found my favorite dentist office! Pam did an amazing job with the cleaning and made it a super comfortable experience for someone with a few sensitive teeth (she addressed it with some desensitizing cream beforehand — thank you!). I felt no pain at all and she was really thorough with the exam. The tv in the ceiling is a very nice plus too. Dr. Lee was nice and you could tell he’s a pro. Loved the good vibes and 5-​star experience.

Beautiful clean office! You enter and see the lovely smiling Kimi who is knowledgable and so sweet! Pam did a great job cleaning and Nicole was an awesome assistant! Dr Lee is honest and does excellent work! I hate going to the dentist, but honestly don’t mind going to this office at all! Wonderful team they have here!

I simply adore this whole office! Kimmie at the front office is a pleasure to interact with. Nicole and Pam are awesome too and Dr. Lee is just great! I had previously gone to another dentist in the area who was the WORST dentist I had ever seen. Unfortunately, I discovered how bad he was after he gave me a shoddy root canal and terrible crown! This was also on one of my two front teeth… great! I was so afraid of dealing with another dentist I just put it off. However when I found this office I decided to attempt and restore my faith. Well I am sure glad I did. Thanks to Dr. Lee and Dr. Tina Beck a periodontist, I had the root canal fixed, a gum graft, a veneer and a new crown on my two front teeth. It was definitely a lengthy process but well worth the wait. My cleanings here are are excellent and carefully done and I love coming to the office. Never mind Radiant Smiles… the place should simply be called Radiant! It really is a pleasure coming here. I wish I could get cleanings every 3 months!!!

A very nice office and an even better staff. Everyone here is genuinely nice — and radiant. Very happy/​lucky they are so close by.

I’m one of those people that rarely write reviews but if the place is a really great one, it sure deserves my time and my review! First time going to a dentist in two years! I was so welcomed there and treated so well! I hate going to the dentist and the staff there knew how to calm me down and relax me with just their simple kind words! This is a place to go especially if you want the extra care and not feel rushed! I was the second to last person there and they went beyond their time limits for me as their patient and made sure I was okay before they sent me home and welcomed the next patient. I’m so glad I found this place on the Internet and will definitely be a regular! Five stars for sure!

If you are looking for a dentist then your search should stop here. This is the best dental practice in San Diego. The office is beautiful and the customer service is what i would call white glove. I was having an issue trying to get my work schedule to line up with what appointments they had available and they offered to bring someone in on a Saturday to accommodate me. I also needed a deep cleaning, after reviewing all the horror stories on the internet i was beyond scared to have this done. The hygienist who worked on me was amazing and i didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t even feel the Novocain shot!!! Thank you Radiant Smiles and thank you Kimiko!!!

After what I’ll attribute to a misunderstanding the first time I visited, the office called to make it right. I truly appreciated this gesture and it made me feel like they really care for their patients.
I’m going in on Saturday to have some work done and I will update then, but I feel relieved and grateful they squeezed me in on a weekend.

I haven’t actually gone to see this dentist yet but I have spoken to them over the phone. I’m very concerned about customer service front office manager is very nice! She explained that Dr. Lee is a seasoned Dr. and very knowledgeable in his field. It really makes a difference when the front office staff are efficient and know what they’re doing

Office is always clean and welcoming. Professional as always. Went in today for some deep cleaning. They made it as pleasant as possible. Much better than the last time I had it done a few years ago. Dr. Lee and his associates seem to keep on the latest technologies to make the experience as painless as possible. I would recommend Radiant Smiles to anyone I knew for sure!

Radiant Smiles is a very well suited name for this practice. Not only do they have a diligence, conscientious, and thoroughness with their customers and their dental needs, but also their demeanor, attitude and overall experience that they offer reflects «radiant smiles».
The cleaning was very thorough in a relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I had a crown put on one of my molars, and they were fantastic and very attentive to me as a patient … something that is often missing in medical practitioners these days. Strongly recommend.

So far, so great! Came to Radiant Smiles for my cleaning/​check-​up yesterday and I was really impressed. The 4S health center is such a nice building, and the RS office was no less beautiful. They even had TVs in front of the chairs and on the ceiling!
Kimi, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly when setting up my appointment. And Pamela, the RDH, did a great job on my cleaning. I have sensitive spots along my gums that she was very cautious not to aggravate, She also provided some tips on how to strengthen my enamel and alleviate some discomfort. So far, Dr. Lee made some recommendations for a broken filling and a cracked tooth. I thought he had great chair-​side manner, and I am confident that he will do superior work at my coming appointments.

Dr. Lee and staff did an amazing job helping me out on very short notice. I happened to chip one of my front teeth on a Friday night. Needless to say, it looked extremely awkward. I was hoping to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was extremely happy and surprised to find out that Radiant Smiles was open that Saturday. I still thought there was no way I could get in that day. Kimmy, the office manager, went the extra mile to fit me in to the schedule. The treatment went flawlessly and the quality of the repair is superb. I was very impressed with overall service and support. Top notch. Thanks much.

I’m posting for my hubby who went to see Dr. Lee for one of his teeth. My hubby always procrastinates about his dental work but he finally went after suffering for weeks. He had pretty big infection and Dr. Lee was able to fix his tooth when the previous dentist thought it was beyond repair. Now he is able to chew without pain and swears he won’t procrastinate again. Thank you everyone at Radiant Smiles!

This office is awesome! Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and honest, and takes time to thoroughly explain your needed treatment. The office always feels welcoming, has the latest technology, and the staff is proficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Five stars to Radiant Smiles! Dr Lee and his team were amazing. Very knowledgable staff and top notch service and dental technology. I’ve gone back for various procedures and check ups and every time I leave smiling bigger and better. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Not to mention they have a tv and music to listen to while you get work done.

Super friendly and professional staff. Being treated well is a huge plus, and Dr. Lee is very nice, and thorough in explaining what he sees and what his recommendations are.
The office environment uses the latest technology and is super comfortable.

I found Dr. Lee on Unilocal not realizing his office was located in the new medical building in 4S Ranch (which was an added bonus… it’s really nice). Dr. Lee and all the staff were friendly and personable.
My appointment was short and sweet. The wait time after the x-​rays was super short! I didn’t even think he had reviewed them before seeing me, but it turned out he was looking at them as they were being taken.
During the exam, Dr. Lee used some sort of device/​camera to rule out if I had a cavity. Apparently he got a closer look (not sure how it works) with it and it turned out I did not have a cavity! I’ve never had any other dentist use this, and I’m glad I did not get an unnecessary filling done. Also, my teeth looked noticeably different after the cleaning! Dr. Lee used some sort of air polisher which I have also never seen.
After living in this area for 2 years, I’m glad I finally found Radiant Smiles. Maybe I’ll stay on top of my 6 month check ups now.

First of all, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially Kimi. She was very friendly and helped answer a lot of questions. Dr. Lee is a great dentist and uses the latest high tech equipment in his office. Love their xray machine. The office is very clean and nice in a new building. State of the art facilities. Highly recommend this dental office and staff.

Seriously, who loves to see dentist? I rather have Mayan apocalypse, maybe not… but close. Recently I noticed slight sensitivity on my molar and felt little fissure with my tongue. 2 weeks later, that silver filling came out of the molar and sensitivity increased 10 fold. Now I really have to see a dentist. I am glad I went to Dr Lee at 4S Ranch.

So Dr Lee made a crown for my broken tooth and it feels great. Dr Lee and his staff went extra mile to take care of me and I am so glad he is near my town.
