Radio Shack sucks now its all modern appliances like a mini fries you used to be able to go to get things to repair electronics and such car radios excetra this place has nothing you walk in there’s not even aisles of products anymore I would not go to RadioShack ever again

RadioShack is fine, this location is not. They tried to steal $ 20 from me and are unaware of company policy on things like returns and sexual harassment. Save yourself the trouble and go to another one.

Im a geek so I love this place. Of course it’s overpriced for the most part, but if you need a electronic component for an hdmi cable quick and don’t mind the extra cost, this is the place. I wouldn’t call Radio Shack a hardcore electronics store, but they have a decent array.
For the most part everyone who works here is nice and at least somewhat knowledgeable. There have been a few times I wasn’t acknowledged but what can you expect from young people who don’t care.

I bought a phone case there and was asked if I wanted the life time warrantee I told the girl no thanks she then told me that if I did buy a warrantee that I could return it for a full refund for any reason even if I decided I didn’t want it any more. So I paid the extra money for the so called money back warrantee. Now more then a year later I took it back cause the lens cover for the camera is coming off. (This is suppose to be a water proof case)
So I went to get my money back and was told that I can’t get my money back when I asked why the man there said that I can only exchange it for a new one of the same kind. Well if the first one is falling apart then why would I want a new one? So I asked for the number to the corporate office he gave me the number along with the name Karina I can only assume that was his name but there was a girl working there to so I’m not sure what his name is.
I work hard for my money and to have to deal with a place like this that is scamming people for there money is insulting.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY SCAM YOU! This location is terrible, the worst customer service i’ve had in a long time, and the time before that was at another radio shack… I digress. I went to return $ 30 earbuds that I bought not even a week ago. The 3.5mm metal jack that connects to the device randomly fell off and I don’t even know where it fell. I tried to return it and they gave me some bull**** like «oh well its not our fault you didn’t buy our extended warranty insurance policy» its like WTF!!! It should still be covered under DEFECTIVE ITEMS in their original warranty on the receipt. He said that I can’t return incomplete items, well then they shouldn’t be selling incomplete items that lack the basic quality to not break in less than a week. It is such a scam that in order to return or replace items you have to get an insurance policy because their items are such crap that they break with a few uses. That was my last time doing business at a radioshack and i’ll let all my friends know to stay away from this place.

Went to Radio Shack today looking for some wires that we needed. Tim was a very knowledgeable and polite. He did not make us feel rushed and we appreciated that. Thanks Tim for a great job! This store is clean and well organized.

Will never shop at a store in which they can not gaurentee that their product will last at least 90 days without the need for an extended warranty.
Bought a 50 dollar HDMI switch that failed in under 90 days and all I wanted was an exchange for a working unit. Very disappointed in price, performance, quality, and SERVICE.
Will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

This radio shack location is pretty good when it comes to customer service.
I was being helped recently by a manager by the name of Omar, and he was very knowledgeable of everything in the store.
The location is clean and is very welcoming.

I purchased an item under $ 10 at the Grossomont Store around noon. I hadn’t even gotten the item home when I decided to return it around 3pm, at the City Heights Store. Even though the item was in the original, clear package and you could see it was there and unused. And even though I had the original sales receipt in hand. They would not let me return the item. They said the receipt was not in the system. One employee accused me of having a copied receipt. Another employee said that since it wasn’t in the system I must have returned it already. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service at this Store.
