Horrible customer service! The shop reeks of cigarette smoke and the older gentleman that works there could use a lesson on how to speak to customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst engraving ever — I had a stainless steel knife engraved with initials and it looks like a two year old did it. Upon complaining I was told: well it is what it is — there is nothing I can do about it.
If you want stainless steel engraved — better take your product somewhere else. I suggest Inscriptu in San Diego, where I usually go and should have gone.

I needed two plaques made for a very special occasion. They did a stellar job — great attention to detail and just what I asked for. The prices are way more reasonable then the stores in the mall. The plaques were for presents and everyone just loved them. I highly recommend rancho engraving!
