Recovery Life Coach and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who enjoys supporting people in personal growth. My own story includes restoration from substance abuse, mental health and trauma. I hold a safe and loving space for people to go deeper into their process and explore, «Who am I, and what is my purpose?» I truly believe that life’s challenges are opportunities for self-​actualization. When we shift our perspective on life, we are able to reach an inner peace and joy that we never knew possible.
