After our computer melt down this week we were stuck and luckily I remembered I had saved their card. John answered my call right away and was at my office and had us up and running within 2 hours. I work from home and when my computer is down, I can’t do anything. I tried Best Buy Geek Squad but they were going to send my computer out for repair. Who has time for that? I called RedOrum and Jason took care of me right away. I needed to have my laptop keyboard disconnected (I had a spill and random keys had been entered ever since). The great news is he was able to take me right away and do the work in under an hour! And he gave me a great deal. I am extremely pleased with RedOrum’s service and will use them again.

I recently was the victim of a ransom virus that totally disabled my home desktop. That being said, I am a small client, not offering a ton of return business to RedOrum, but they treated me like I was their largest client and took care of my issue within a couple days.
