Mike Regala came to the rescue today!
After numerous calls and insane phone wait times with technical support (45 minutes+ on hold) with our wireless camera company, I decided to call Regala Consulting and SO GLAD I DID.
Mike was super-​professional, knew his stuff, and was in-​and-​out within just an hour. He even had time to help us try to clear out our email server, which was maxed out.
This is the perfect company to call for your IT needs. I always just thought big corporations used outside IT but seems like they can be just as helpful, if not more so, for even a small business.
Thanks again Mike! We will be using you again for our security camera installation at our other location very soon :-)

My wife set up a service meeting with Mike for two different issues. The first issue was for her very old external hard drive and I got a virus on my laptop. Within an hour and a half Mike was able to debug my laptop and transfer all the data from the external hard drive. The greatest thing was the hard drive repair. We took the hard drive to two different repair companies and both said it was dead and all data is lost. Somehow Mike worked his magic and we were able to recover 80 gigs of photos, music, and movies. He saved us big time! Give Mike the opportunity to help you like he helped us. Thanks.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for months now, so shame on me… here’s the deal. I called Mike after finding him on Unilocal.I explained the issues I was having with my computer and he basically walked me through a series of diagnostic checks and then a fairly easy fix… all over the phone, and at no cost. I was seriously ready to toss my computer, or pay a lot to have someone fix it. He obviously has a lot of integrity and is not just out to make a quick buck. The next time I have a problem I will definitely call him and would recommend him to anyone having technical issues. Thanks Mike!

As good as it gets is right. Apple store could not find/​restore my data after switching hard drives and putting on external link. Nor could another local store, who claimed to be «iMac» experts.
Mike fixed it in just over an hour, and gave me some free time up front when he was exploring my computer remotely.
Just fantastic service, I am very happy!

Smart, punctual & perfect. I have a Mac OS X system (several MacBook Pro on a shared printer and wifi) at my business and I thought it would be impossible to find anyone to get my computers to network right (without paying through the nose to Apple). When my laptop started giving me problems, I was referred to Regala Consulting through a friend. Not only did my laptop get fixed quickly, Mike was happy to answer all of my questions and even give me training on things I’d always wanted to learn but never had time to figure out on my own. I was having general IT problems. I couldn’t get my new router and WIFi to work right, had lots of lag time, and the networking among the computers in my group was not working.
