Small shopping center near a residential area, large park, and the North university library. Great restaurants plus a little cvs, a Barre studio, and some other little stores. Very convenient for those who live nearby or who frequent the park and library. Parking can be difficult around dinnertime especially on weekend nights as those are peak times for the restaurants. The parking lot isn’t enough for all the cars so it’s better to parallel park on the street and walk to avoid the stress sometimes. Little ponds nearby sometimes have ducks. My fave restaurants are jk burger, cocotte, and edo.

Everything from Phở to Drugs to Religion.
Known only by those that live or work in the immediate area, this small shopping center is a one stop life saver. I’ve stopped at the CVS here for emergency special occasion cards several times.
Various dining options from affordable grab and go, to fancier sit downs.
Perhaps the best part of this shopping center is the grassy area with a babbling brook and ducks. It’s a nice tranquil walk from work.
— I wouldn’t recommend parking here during the lunch rush. Not a lot of places, and the spaces are as skinny as Denise Richards.

Small strip mall with some staple businesses. I come mostly for CVS to fall any meds, Rubios, or the Thai food place. I have also taken barre class, eaten at the mediterranean, vietnamese, teriyaki, and sushi eateries in this shopping center.
What is the worst in this center is the parking. Parking sucks. The spaces are small and some people don’t know how to drive. The shopping center is small as it is and people drive like maniacs around the corner.
What’s sad is that there are elderly people who shop in this center. People need to be mindful of how to drive or park in this lot.

Nice convenient mall. Many great restaurants. I really like most of the businesses here.
Parking can be difficult, or a nightmare during lunch. If going here for lunch, go very early or very late.

One of my favorite shopping centers in town! They have a little of everything and all their restaurant options are superb. It’s well maintained, beautiful landscaping, and they even have ducks swimming around in the lake!

Little Italy, San Diego, CA
This is a nice little plaza to stop in if you’re on lunch, need to go to the bank or to pick something up from CVS in the UTC area. Parking is difficult here though. The lot is cramped and the spaces are always full with a ton of 30 minute only spots.
This plaza does have its perks. It offers lots of different dining options, if you’re hungry. They’ve got everything from burgers to fish tacos and Italian, to sushi, subs, and thai. Looks like a Vietnamese restaurant is opening up there soon.
