John is our business and personal insurance guru. Let’s face it, if you are like most people, insurance is just a horrible thing to even think about. John makes it easy, even for this ultra structured person. John gets an email from me at least once a quarter with a «urgent: would this be covered … » Today (Sunday) was no different. And John quickly gets back to me with an answer — that is service.
His rates saved us roughly $ 5,000 a year, with the same (or better) coverage from our previous provider. He is honest — even telling me «you really have enough coverage» or «I think getting that insurance would be over kill.»

I have some usability complaints about the online system for the Traveler’s Insurance I get from him, but the pos totally outweigh the negs, so I am sticking with John.

I used John twice to help me fill out my health insurance application and got fast responses each time. He was able to tell me the status of the application by checking with the insurance company within a week. Yes, you will pretty much fill out the application yourself like you normally would, but if you need any help or questions, John is able to help. Insurance plans are fixed so you pay the same price pretty much no matter where you go. So why not go with John and have the support.

John has provided some of the best customer service that I have ever received. He is extremely responsive and tried to do whatever he can to address my questions or concerns. Did I mention that he also got me much better rates than I could find elsewhere? I have already recommended John to multiple people and will continue to do so.
I used to think that it was easier to deal with the insurance company directly and that I could get better rates that way but after dealing with John I have a whole new perspective on insurance agents. Take my advice and give him a try.
