History

Established in 1986.

From meager beginnings as a one-​man operation in London UK, Ray Wills decided to use his varied home construction experience with carpentry, tiling and ceramics, plumbing, flooring, and electrical work to launch RJW Property Maintenance. Ray’s reputation for detailed craftsmanship and openly friendly personality ensured the growth of RJW Property Maintenance to include a crew of a dozen employees and numerous happy customers.

RJW Property Maintenance has always operated with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship, and continues to do so since moving to our new location in San Diego, California in 2006. From rebuilding an entire kitchen or bath, to installing tile or wood flooring, RJW Property Maintenance is the solution to all your home remodeling needs.
