My aunt used this service for her wedding on Nov. 17 2015 and wow I was very impressed! The driver, Ali was amazing! On time, super clean Excursion limo seated my entire family like a glove. Driver was on time, pleasant, and cruised is around America’s finest City. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing limo service for a special occasion or a just because event. I look forward to hiring Ali again as he is hands down the best Limousine Service provider in town.

I have been very impressed with this limo company. Ali has been awesome. He was quick to provide information and scheduling was very easy. Lots of communication including, texts, emails and phone calls! I even got pics sent to me of the available limos for the day of my event. I am really happy with the customer service!

My friends and I used this limo service for my friend’s 40^th birthday downtown, starting from Carlsbad. Ali was early to pick us up and the limo looked awesome! The lights were cool, the sound system was kicking and there was plenty of room for us to bring small bottles to drink on the way down. It was already stocked with glassware, which was a huge plus to us.
Ali was courteous, professional, funny, and accommodating, even when we asked him to turn around so we could get something we forgot from the house only 10 minutes into the ride. I have a feeling that if we had changed our plans completely, he would have been totally down with whatever we requested. If I rent a limo in North County again, Ali will be my first call.

Our experience w/​Royalty Limo was superb from beginning to end. Ali was great arranging the limo, very helpful & professional. Our driver, Stephan, was so nice. He even came back to the venue when my daughter left her driver’s license in the limo. He was very attentive and helpful. Ali texted me this morning make sure we were happy w/​our service. I definitely would recommend them & would come back again!

Do not be deceived by Ali’s cheap prices or friendliness! Do not use this limo service!
I’d reserved Royalty Limousine for my wedding and had initially been impressed by their inexpensive pricing. I had thought Ali was accommodating with our schedule of using the lime as a shuttle service for our wedding, but he failed to follow the schedule and did not pick up the groom and groomsmen from their location, and instead came straight to pick me up. Luckily the guys were close enough to walk to the ceremony site, but this lead to a bad start. Upon arriving to pick me up, I was very displeased that we had been «upgraded» to a Hummer limo. The thing was huge and not at all what I wanted for my wedding, and not what I had reserved. It was very difficult for me to climb into in with my wedding gown. It was then especially an awful «upgrade» because we were using it as a shuttle service for my older family members to take them from the ceremony location to the reception location. The limo was so high off the ground it was difficult for them to get into as well, and my grandmother fell and hurt her knee on the edge of the limo door. This is not what I wanted at all for my wedding day and she ended up having to go to the ER the next day for the injuries she incurred. Please don’t be fooled for the inexpensive price, or the free bottle of champagne for completing a review before your limo service, this was absolutely the worst part of my wedding day!

I had a great experience with Royalty Limousine. Our driver, Andy was very polite and accommodating. He for sure knows how to give a great customer service so customers have a great experience. The price was great too!

Love this limo service, I get limos from SD to Vegas on a regular basis and my normal guy wasn’t available, I was worried at first changing my driver but Ali is the best, or now changed my regular driver for my party weekends, thanks a lot Ali your the best 5 star

Good customer service and lots of options to choose from. They were able to give us a good deal on the pricing and we are very happy with the limo type for the price we got. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a great limo service.

I cannot say enough great things about Royalty Limousine San Diego. Ali was quick to answer my phone call and had the best customer service. He’s funny, professional and overall it was a phenomenal experience.
We went wine tasting for my sister’s birthday and 9 adults were in our party. It was a last minute idea and he had a Lincoln Towncar Limo available, so I booked it. An hour later he called me back saying he had a cancellation on the Excursion limo and that it would fit us more comfortably. I was apprehensive due to the cost (double the price), but he hooked it up for us! My family had the best experience and we all loved him. We were immediate BFFs. I cannot wait to book with Royalty Limo SD for my next event!

Ali was absolutely amazing!
I needed a limo reservation for my graduation in Long Beach. I called around and Royalty Limousine had the best pricing! I couldn’t beat it.
Ali arrived at 2:00 on the dot (our pickup time). He was really fun and sweet. He offered to take plenty of photos of us. The ride to Long Beach was smooth and he was waiting for us at the exact spot he dropped us off at and right at the time I asked. The limo was clean on the outside and inside, and he also had a bottle of champagne and water bottles waiting for us.
His service was exceptional and I will definitely be calling him again for future bookings!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience but I will try. My event was Saturday and it was for my birthday.
PRICING– he beats them all. I searched and searched and even in the midst of prom and wedding season he still offered me the best rates around.
QUALITY — the Excursion Limo, which I upgraded to just hours before my event, was beautiful inside and out. Comfortably fit 12 adults 3 of which were over 6′ tall. It was clean on the inside well maintained with no noticable damage. Music set up is great. He had a music playlist in sycn with the two TV’s inside of the limo so the video of the song played with the music. Our group opted to use our USB cord and hook up our own music which was easy to do and conveniently located in the center near the doors. He had ice packs to keep the drinks chilled we opted to add ice which was no issue to him. He was stocked with glassware and plastic cups as well as provided us with waters.
SERVICE — Ali who is the owner was our driver. He went above and beyond for me starting with my reservation all the way through the upgrade and into the actual event. He was courteous and very willing to answer whatever questions I had through the process in a very professional way. He was on time to my home, got us to our reservations early and even allowed us to keep his service an addtional hour for an additonal fee which was beyond resonable. Base on his service alone I would highly recommend this company, everything else was a bonus.
My entire group enjoyed the evening from start to finish. Everyone said how extremely nice Ali was throughout the night. If you book with Royalty Limousine I hope you get Ali, but if not I can only imagine everyone to be as great as he is if he sets the bar! This company will be my go to any time I am need of limo service.

Ali was awesome! Myself and 7 girlfriends had the pleasure of having Ali pick us up. I will say that the entire experience was awesome! Why you ask?
1) I felt safe. The limousine was in amazing shape, the emergency exits were easily accessible and he had a fire extinguisher. Additionally, he was NOT driving all crazy as I’ve see with OTHER local companies.
2) Ali’s limousine was so clean, in good repair and classy. Again, this is FAR BETTER than his competitors.
3) Most importantly, Ali was so nice, so friendly and so accommodating! What a nice guy! We will most definitely be retaining his services in the future!
4) Ali was on time to pick us up at my home, and after each drop off he was Ou minutes away for a quick pick up!
5) I HIGHLY recommend Ali and his services for your limousine needs and any celebration that requires a limo!

My daughter was having a 13^th birthday party. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so Ali was a great find. All 8 girls had a good time and he was on time. However, the contract was not completed upfront.
*No Birthday Sign
*No Sparkling Cider for the girls
*No Bluetooth/​DVD player (both broken)
*No Balloons
*The limo was not what was pictured to me.
The story goes his limo was vandalized the night before our party. It would have been nice for him to call us to let us know what happened (since it was 1:00pm pick up time). He could have asked us what we would like to do about it. Keep the reservation, cancel it, or whatever options he presented us with (as a professional businessman you always need a plan B). Instead he shows up in a white limo that has black duct tape to cover the vandalism. Why he didn’t use white duct tape??? When he showed up I stuck my head in the limo and it was okay. Nothing special (again, the price point you can’t get picky). But as stated in our contract none of the above listed was there. I didn’t say anything as my daughter and her friends were excited (although one of the girls asked what happened to the limo).
When we arrived to the location my husband confronted Ali about the lack of care and detail to our contract. Ali was very sorry and asked if he could make it better for the ride home. We agree.
When we were ready to go home 8 girls shared one bottle of cider, and there were exactly 4 balloons (blown up with his own breath). He had 3 hours to make this a great ride home. My husband and I were disappointed. Again, the girls were happy.
It was very embarrassing for us to arrive back at our house with some parents seeing the botched limo. And the girls telling them the bluetooth was duct tape to work… but never did. (my eyes roll).
Luckily, this was for her 13^th birthday and not her wedding. If you are getting a limo company for a VERY SPECIAL (like a wedding) event… I would think twice about this company. Ali is very nice and on time, but the lack of care and detail posted a red flag. Wish he was more upfront with us. We paid cash and the original quoted price. He did offer us a «discount» for our next use, but I don’t think we can trust him.
Side note: he lost our reservation and I had to call him to make it again. This should have been my sign to not go forward with Ali, but I did (shame on me).

Ali is great! He has such great energy. He takes pictures and is flexible for last minute wine tasting changes to the schedule.
