History

Established in 2012.

Co-​founders Christian and Jennifer’s first taste of real estate was a story similar to many — it was when they bought their first house. Post-​puchase their interest grew into a full-​fledged love affair with real estate. After spending many nights at local real estate investor meetings and talking with the pros, they discovered lease purchase.

Lease purchase struck a chord because it was one of the rare niches in real estate where both a buyer and a seller get an exceptional and mutually beneficial deal. And it was a strategy that they recognized as serving a need in the industry that wasn’t being met by others.

A mentor with over 20 years of lease purchase experience took Christian and Jennifer under his wing and imparted his decades of knowledge and experience onto them, and they were off to the races, when San Diego Alternative Home Sales came to fruition in 2012.
