San Diego Best Transportation

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible experience! I made reservations online to have a pick from the airport. They called me to reserve my reservation with a credit card and sent me an email confirmation. When I arrived at the SD Airport they were no where to be found. I called to find out what was going on, they said they had no reservations. When I explained I had an email confirmation and # he started to argue with me on the phone! He finally said he could pick me up in 20 min. I didn’t have time to wait (which is why I booked a towncard) so I took a taxi. I called my friends who had arrived the day before and explained to them what happend, he did the same thing to them the day before! He offered a free ride to the airport, but really? I couldn’t be sure he would show up.

I called Future Limousine to get a Town Car so our group could go out in Coronado and drink without having to worry about driving. I spoke to Abdel and he immediately assured me that he was the person to hire for our Anniversary night out.
1. He was on time to pick us upjust like he promised. I actually think he showed up to my house 5 minutes early which is always a good sign of a business that cares.

2. Abdel was nothing but courteous & professional. He remembered our conversation in which I mentioned that it was our anniversary and he wished us a happy one. He got us to our destination quickly & safely.

3. The car was immaculate (which he assured me it was over the phone).
4. Abdel gave me a REALLY good rate which beat out everyone else in town.
5. He let me plank on the limo at the end of the night (I’ve got pictures to prove it)!!
Now, while I can’t afford to have a car take me around town often, I felt that the service we got was above & beyond and you could tell he wanted to earn our business. I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again the next time I need a car to the airport or if another special occassion comes up!
