Was told my case would be handled and finished within 30 days… months later, I was still waiting. Poor communication, only contacted me after I’d call and leave messages or send emails. Really a huge disappointment. After all was said and done, things were not completed correctly either which led to huge issues with my mortgage and student loans, both of which I instructed not to include. They also did not allow me to reaffirm my mortgage through my case in which I wanted to. Not happy at all, huge headache in an already stressful situation!
