I recommend San Limo for all of your limo and shuttle needs! Harry is the perfect gentleman, knows the city inside and out, and made the start and finish of our trip pleasurable and comfortable! We’ll use this service from now on when we travel anywhere! Great Job!!!

We’ve used San Limo for a few years now so I don’t think we have just been the lucky customers so far. Every time Tahreek (sorry if I misspelled your name) has been awesome. The last booking he even drove all the way back to return my cell phone that I left in the car. We will definitely be calling them again due to the excellent service and great attitude. They arrive on time, or early, and are very professional. Perhaps Ray that I’ve read about isn’t as spot on, but Tahreek is outstanding. He really cares about doing it perfectly.

I’ve used San Limo as my driver service for the past six months and have had nothing but postive experiences. My flights (like many) sometimes run late and Harry (the owner) has always accommodated my fluctuating schedule without complaint. He is punctual and has always been at least 5 minutes early, even with early flights. I’ve read the other reviews on Unilocal and have experienced none of the complaints registered — Harry has been a reliable and professional driver that I have recommended to others.

We booked San Limo with the owner «Harry», to pick us up in North Park and drop us off in Coronado to take my 92 year old grandmother and 65 year old mother to a Christmas play. I explained to Harry that we would need a pick up and a drop off, but the drop off would be to 3 separate locations from Coronado. I told him the locations and he said he would do it for an additional $ 25 per location, so our quote was for $ 160 total for a lincoln town car, which we had asked for.
When Harry arrived on time, he pulled up in a large SUV and we were happy, however when he dropped us off that was another story! Imagine your 92 year old grandmother & mother all happy after a great evening only to get in a SUV with an angry driver who is now telling you he didn’t quote enough! First off, not appropriate of Harry to discuss that in front of my family! I tried to make light of the situation, but as we continued to drive he started whipping us around in the SUV and sighing and getting mad for his own mistake!!!
We finally made it back to my house and I gave him $ 220 dollars in cash! He rudely asked me how much money I gave him. I told him the amount and he counted it in front of me and than began yelling at me for under charging us!!! I was completely mortified! Harry was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend his service. I shouldn’t have even given him a tip! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

We booked airport transfers to and from SD airport because our departure time was very early and our arrival back was late in the PM. Our flight back to SD was delayed one hour so we were to get in at 1am rather than midnight.
I called San Limo as a curtesy to let them know the flight was delayed. He told me he did not have time to wait, he had an early pick up the next day so we should just get a cab.
As an airport transfer company, flight delays are just part of doing business. Blowing us off and leaving us on our own was poor and unprofessional.
My advice is to book them only if you have a coupon and a backup plan.

I hired San Limo to take my daughter and a bunch of her friends to the prom. There were to be 26 of them and they were told that they would need a party bus for their large number of passengers. When the bus arrived at the event it was not a party bus but a shuttle bus which looked something like an airport shuttle bus without the luggage racks!
My daughter and her friend called the manager from their pick up point to tell him there had been a mistake and that they had sent the wrong vehicle. The manager yelled at her on the telephone and told her she was just wasting time and that there were no other buses so she had better just take this one! All the kids were very disappointed and there was nothing we could do about it at that late point in time. San Limo’s website states that all their vehicles are «luxury» vehicles and this one was definitely NOT! Even the info at the top of our e-​mail reservation confirmation states the fact that all vehicles are luxurious.
The yelling at my daughter was totally uncalled for and was very upsetting to my daughter and her friends. San Limo’s contract is very vague and just says that a «bus» will pick your party up. That’s what you will get, a bus, so beware!
I recommend you look elsewhere for transportation for your next event. Be sure to get a photo of your vehicle e-​mailed to you for confirmation when you book your event!
