Anna Marie was very professional from start to the close. She worked very hard and gave my house much more exposure than I would expect. She is very knowledgeable of our Market and has many resources within the industry that can help with the transaction. She returns calls, listens to what you say and is very personable. I felt like I was well represented and she was looking out for my best interest.

Anna Marie was absolutely amazing. She helped me every step of the way with her expert advice. Even negotiated a price reduction because of issues found in the inspection report. And she was able to get me quotes for all of the various repairs so we could make an intelligent presentation to support our claims.
Both her and Sandra were very responsive and available at all times. The house I bought came on the market on a Saturday, we viewed it Sunday, she talked to the listing broker on Monday and submitted the offer on Tuesday. It was accepted on Wednesday. If you have read my other reviews, then you already know that I do not waste my time writing for products or services that do not meet my lofty «5 star» rating. Having said that, I would like to take this time to provide a review of the «6 star» service of Sand and Sea Realty. Although this company is made up of several real estate agents, this review centers on the superior level of professional service provided by two of their super stars. Their names are Anna Marie and Jeanne Selis. These two are the Cagne & Lacy, Laverne & Shirley, Batwomen & Robin, ²⁄₃ of Charlies Angels of the real estate world. By that I mean, in my case they both used their strengths to collaborate in a way that exceeded every single one of my expectations. In an amazing story reserved for another day, my wife and I were made aware that the house of our dreams was coming available. This is a home that we have been wanting for over 12 years. Because it is the best positioned home nestled atop a gated community overlooking San Marcos with views to the Pacific ocean, it was a well sought after and coveted property. Using their combined super powers, Anna Marie and Jeanne Selis captured the attention of the homeowner and put me and my wife in the driver seat. With Jeanne acting as the lead agent, she quickly worked between our family and the owner to help us secure a (win-​win) selling price that was competitive for its location but also a price point where we walked in with equity. Because this was our first true venture into the whole buyer/​seller dance that involved a lending officer, escrow officer, home inspector, appraisals, pest inspections, etc. my wife and I depended upon the expertise, know how and networking skills abilities of Jeanne to get us through the whole process. Faced with an accelerated and fast approaching closing date, Jeanne met each and every milestone and deadline to ensure that we closed on the target date. In so doing, she showcased exceptional attention-​to-​detail to ensure that every «i» was dotted and every «t» was crossed… all without the crazy drama and stress that you see on those HGTV reality shows like «Selling LA or Selling New York». Prior to retiring, My wife and I served a combined 60 years in the Marine Corps. We can say without a doubt that the integrity, professionalism, commitment to excellence and genuine care and concern that Jeanne and Anna Marie displayed is the standard that we became accustomed to before we retired. In the end, our 12 year wait was rewarded with a super smooth acquisition and transition into our dream home that is truly a dream. Without the spectacular skills of Anna Marie and the daily management of our Jeanne Selis, this could have easily become a nightmare. Sand and Sea is the way to go if you want a team committed to transforming your real estate dream into a real estate reality.

So I have to start out by saying that I am THE WORST person to sell anything to. I travel A LOT and if I answer your phone call … You should probably play the lottery. My standards are incredibly high and I couldn’t figure out where I wanted to live (I went from El Cajon to Mission Valley) but Anna Marie was AMAZING! She literally took me to over 50 properties that I wanted to see and never got frustrated and always had a smile on her face when she saw me. I’m so lucky that I found her!!! She is an absolute doll! She really knows her stuff and has been doing it for years and knows everyone! I can not sing her praises enough! My only piece of advice … When she says to do something … Even if you think it’s wrong … Do it! I got outbid on several properties because I went against her advice and thought that I knew what I was doing.
