Counselor Laura McDonald is a very hard working and professional addition to the staff at SRHS. She went out of her way to help us with a challenging situation and our family found her to be knowledgeable, very helpful and kind.
Thank you Ms McDonald for your patience, know-​how and tenacity in helping our family and daughter deal with a difficult situation.

Wish I can give 0 stars. Rude office staff! Talks down to you and is very belittling. One staff member is upset with you so they get all of the other staffs to side with them. Very unprofessional as they take things personally and are so defensive before understanding what a person is saying or asking. My words are not your perceptions! Lesley got upset and hung up on me because I called her out on talking over me multiple times. I called back and she had a student pick up, cut me off and immediately transferred me to someone I did not ask to be transferred to. Spoke to the Principle’s Secretary and explained to her my frustrations and she automatically sided with Lesley. These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing because one person tells me one thing and the other says otherwise. Understand my frustration? Instead of trying to fix their lack of communication and try to ease the situation, they get defensive like mean high school girls and gang up on you.
All they had to do was answer my down to the point, simple questions but they kept talking over me to pretty much rush me off the phone, kept giving me the run around, complained about the million other things they have to do (RUDE)! I understand, we all have things to do but had they been patient and listened, they would have been able to answer my questions and concerns affectively. Like why the hell have a phone with a switch board if they don’t want to be reached?! Something so little turned in to something big and it was so unecessary. Obviously this rant is due to my frustrations with this situation that took place not too long ago. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but they deserve it.

Scripps is nothing like a prison I attended scripps my freshman to my junior year. they have one of the best afjrotc and green tech building for advancement in engineering. though the fact some of the teacher seem to be rude and lazy most other are extremely helpful and always there with open arms

Admin is racist and the current principal is a lier. The elected student body is not effective, and admin has every control to kill a teenager’s learning and youth. The school has downgraded ever since Menna became principal. The teachers are fine though, I’m pretty chill with them.

I didn’t go here, if I did, I’d feel like a prison inmate. The only things missing are barbed wire and a tower with a gun turret.
They got a nice gymnasium here.
My son played some intense basketball games against a bunch of 4^th graders.
He schooled them, though.
And he’s only a 3^rd grader.

Oh man, remember that time in high school, bro, back when we were in high school? Dude, that was so high school. Let’s have a long, boring conversation about it, even though we never hung out in our teenage years.
