My work takes my throughout San Diego County. As in independent broker, I am able to list homes for 4% (compared with he traditional 5−6%) charged by most brokerages.

Established in 2007.

Cindy Davis began this independent brokerage when she obtained her California State Broker’s License in 2007. She desired the independence and flexibility of being an independent broker.

I have been helping people achieve their goals for 25 years. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than handing house keys over to first time buyers, or selling a cherished family home.

My life has spanned three careers with a background in both psychology and education. Both have served me well in selling real estate! I have lived in San Diego since 1992 and moved here to be closer to my parents and sister who reside in here in town.

Selling real estate since 2003, I have stood the test of time through both the peak years, as well as the dramatic housing downturn. I believe passionately in the value of home ownership for those who can afford it.

I am both experienced and knowledgeable in foreclosures and short sales, housing inventory throughout San Diego with a specialty in Central San Diego.
