SD Motor Sport Rentals

Friends and I purchased 3 Groupons for 4 hour Spyder motorcycle rentals. It did not go well. They only have 2 units and one unit is a manual shift. They were surprised we had no motorcycle driving experience, so we could only use the semi automatic Spyder. The Groupon did not make this clear, nor did it suggest closed toed shoes. Customer service leaves something to be desired.
When I called to reserve the semi automatic unit with the 3^rd voucher/​Groupon, I was told that it was out for repairs ! I asked if they would extend the expiration date since there was no unit to rent. Denied. Could I apply my $ 89 value for a 2 hour ride after the expiration. No, I could put my $ 89 towards the $ 180 rental for 4 hours !
Poor, poor customer service. No manager on site to talk to. Given an email address & no reply after 2 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
