Out of all the construction I have done in San Diego, Juan Pablo and his team did the best work, were the most professional and offered the best value. I would highly recommend him (and already have). Thank you Juan Pablo for doing such an excellent job and being such a professional! My fireplace, counter tops and outdoor space look incredible!

I have nothing but good things to say about Sdstone Studio. I had them install granite in my new kitchen. My contractor measured it wrong and when they came to install it didn’t fit, they said that wasn’t a problem, they would just re-​measure it and take the granite back to fix the error that wasn’t even theirs. They showed up exactly when they said they would. If they were running late, they would call to let me know. Juan Pablo kept in daily contact with me to let me know what was happening as well. Having the Owner call you directly every day to make sure things were going well and to let you know the status of everything is not something other places do. I have family and friends that are now going to be using Sdstone for their upgrades and remodels. Thanks Juan Pablo for all the hard work! My kitchen looks amazing.

I am very happy with how our project came out. I had a small job of putting in entry way tile, yet Jean Paul gave us just as much attention as if we had a huge job. I was impressed with his project management from the start and that continued though the installation process. I have nothing but compliments for this business.

Freddy and his son were so nice & helpful– I never felt like I was being annoying or getting in their way (which I’m sure I was). Did an excellent job using remnants to make this counter top. I love being able to save money by saving what would have been waste. Especially if you are using stone that is taken from a mountain.

I had a very small job of getting a matching marble carrera vanity top for my retired mother. Most other contractors were not interested due to the scale of the job and wanted to charge me full slab prices, but Juan Pablo and his crew gave me a great price and took good care of us — came twice to measure and install, even coming back to glue in a small matching backsplash (which I had forgotten to request). Easy communication and reliable. Very grateful, thanks Juan Pablo!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pipila Stone. They showed up exactly when they said they would. If they were running late, they would call to let me know and check to see if it was ok. Most companies just show up late and don’t care if it doesn’t work for you. They installed the granite in my kitchen for me. My contractor had measured the granite incorrectly, so after it was cut the granite didn’t fit. When I contacted Juan Pablo about the problem he sent Freddy Jr. out that exact same day. Freddy Jr. took the time to explain to me what had happened and that even though it was not their error, they would take the granite back and fix it for me. Juan Pablo called later to let me know what was happening as well. They fixed the problem and re-​installed the granite the next day! No waiting! When you leave a message, they get you called back, that same day. Can’t beat that and their pricing is excellent! I will definitely use this company in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for granite installation. Working with Juan Pablo, Freddy and Freddy Jr. was a great experience. Something very rare when remodeling!!!

here in San Diego. They answer the phone calls quickly. Showed up when said they
would. boy they were so fast @ fab & install. We asked for some custom work. No problem for these pros. Other granite companies better watch out.

I was wrapping up a full bath remodel and couldn’t find a granite fabricator to make a custom black granite threshold for the project. I phoned six suppliers/​fabricators who either didn’t have a scrap of the granite I needed, or charged an inordinate amount for such a small custom piece. Juan Pablo at Pipila Stone was confident he could make the piece I needed, at a reasonable cost, and within just a few days. I emailed him a drawing with specifications and he delivered the granite to the job site himself. The piece was exactly what we needed and finished precisely as we had specified. I was very impressed by Juan Pablo’s attention to detail and pride in a job well done. I will definitely phone Juan Pablo the next time I’m doing a bath or kitchen, or if I need custom granite for a furniture project.
