Sean Daniels, DDS

This was my third procedure by dr. Daniels in the past 2 years. My son saw him as well. We both found him to be very kind, competent and totally dedicated to putting our fears at ease. He is committed to being as pain free as possible and encouraged us to let him know if we were experiencing the slightest discomfort. During my last procedure he even gave me his personal cell phone number if I needed to call. I did call on a Saturday and came into the office to help me. I think he is awesome and would recommend him to anyone needing a top notch endontist. Dara is super as well! She knows exactly what needs to be done to run a tight and successful ship

This dental office is very good. Dora is really nice and so is Sean Daniels. Lol it was funny because i was here 1 year ago on Tuesday getting a wisdom tooth pulled & here i am again. But they were caring & understanding as well. I was referred here by my dentist for an extraction both times and the staff was very friendly each visit.

Referred by my dentist for a root canal. Beautiful facility. Easy to find and park. Friendly and explained everything clearly. Easy and quick surgery. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Covered completely by my Delta Dental Insurance.

I was referred to Dr. Daniels by my Dentist, for a difficult root canal (and because I am a difficult patient with extremely high anxiety and low tolerance for pain). Dr Daniels had the day off, but came in to see me within an hour of me calling. He began root canal. He was quick, personable, compassionate, and had a reasonable price. He was able to fit me in the next day to finish the root canal. He made sure I was comfortable and was able to manage my pain well. I highly recommend Dr. Daniels, especially for patients with high anxiety.

Had my last wisdom tooth extracted here and I am very satisfied with how it went. They took me in quickly and my tooth was out before I knew it. As a bonus, it was relatively painless (unlike another place where I had my 3 other wisdom teeth extracted).

Normally, I would never go out of my way to write a bad review, but this is the worst dentist I have ever been to. First of all, I came here because my father recommended me so I thought the dentist would be friendly. Nope. He was rude. He was very condescending about my work and suggested that I have «Mexicans» doing the work for me. I don’t get easily offended, but Dr. Daniels was the most unprofessional arrogant prick I have ever meant. If I’m paying you thousands of dollars for your service, the least you can do is smile when you introduce yourself. No people skills. I heard a child screaming in the next room and instead of comforting him, I heard Dr. Daniels yelling at the kid. When it came to the dental work, he didn’t explain anything, just assumed I was going to pay for everything. He did a surgery after my root canal and wanted me to sign a consent form after he did it. He did not explain what it was or why I needed it. Usually when I see a dentist, the dentist gives a treatment plan on the initial visit, and I am given the option to continue. After my first visit, I asked for a plan that includes the cost. He told me not to worry about it that I would get a huge discount. The next visit, he still hadn’t given me the cost. When he was nearly done, which was about my 5^th visit, I got this huge bill. my bill came out to 6,000 for 2 root canals and a couple crowns, after a «huge» discount. Do not go to Dr. Daniels. I don’t know how he’s still practicing.

I would give them a zero if I could. I found this place through my insurance providers search engine, looked up their Unilocal and called them last week and spoke with somebody at the office. I told them about my situation, I told them who my provider and who my employer is and they told me yes you are covered and gave me an appointment. I shortly received an email confirming the appointment, which was very professional. Today I went to my appointment and after calling the insurance they told me sorry we dont cover this specific policy !!. … I took time off of work and came here just to hear «of course we can treat you however without insurance». You could have checked my insurance last week over the phone or better yet you could have somebody answer the phone who is more knowledgeable regarding insurances and actually values peoples time as well. Very unprofessional. !!

I was referred to Dr. Daniels by my dentist, and was able to get an appointment that same day. He introduced himself to me, and was very polite. I explained that I had had a very bad experience with a root canal before, when the dentist would not stop once the novocaine had worn off, and had actually bitten the dentist. We agreed nitrus oxide would be a good idea, and it began. The novocaine injections were very painful because of the swelling already present and he apologized for that and kept checking in with me. Once I was numb and calm, the procedure began and everything went fine. He sent me home with my prescriptions, instructions, and a follow up appointment for the followiing week. All in all I thought he did a great job, was professional and polite. Let’s face it, a root canal is not fun, but I think he made me as comfortable and relaxed as possible AND no one was bitten :)

My second RC from Dr D. I wont lie this was more painful than any pain I have ever felt in my life (40ish min anyway)… The first molar was a walk in the park compared to this sucker, way in the way back. Can’t blame Dr Daniels, I think he gave me enough numbing medication to take down a elephant. I think at one point I almost ripped the arm rests off the the chair. So why the 5 stars? Well I think this was just a tricky molar with difficult roots. Anyway, I feel like he did a great job.
I do agree with the not very personable but it really doesn’t bother me. I’d take a good Dr any day over bad Dr with a great personality. Isn’t that a «no brainer»?

Dr. Daniels is a great Endodontist. This is my 2^nd time at this doctors office and Dr. Daniels is great at what he does. I had no problem with the first one, 2.5 years ago. The 2^nd root canal was just completed this morning and I’m actually back at work. I have no pain and I can drink cold water again. Dara is great, too.

Dr. Daniels came in late Friday for an emergency root canal, the whole office had already gone home. Anyway, after a rough crown attempt elsewhere, the root canal seemed like a breeze and he was on point throughout the procedure. 5 star professional.

Dr. Daniels did a great job on my root canal and oral surgery. He and his team were always willing to call me and fit me in as needed… even during a holiday! An added bonus is that they bill your insurance in a way to help save the customer money. I realized this after talking to my insurance company and dealing w another endodontist who charged a max rate not covered at all. If id have driven a bit further to Dr. Daniels id have saved $ 120 from one 10 min visit!

In summary, Dr. Daniels was not a very informative nor personable endodontist; and at times he seemed rude. The patient’s comfort was obviously not one of his priorities as he ignored several of my concerns about pain. If I have to fork over $ 1,000 for an hour of service in advance, then I could at least been treated like a patient. I love my regular dentist, but I’m not sure why he recommended me to come here.
To start with, he didn’t bother introducing himself or acknowledging I was in the room until I took the initiative to say hello. He didn’t feel the need to give me information about the procedure, the complications of my root canal, or even tell me what he was going to do until I asked. So why I got charged $ 100 for the «limited consultation fee» when there was no consultation, I do not know. As I was trying to make small talk, he was very condescending about my educational background. Umm, does he expect all his patients to have a PHD?
During the procedure, getting numbed was actually painful as he was standing up straight while administering the anesthesia shots and roughly rotating the injected needle. The sad part is I still felt some pain at the start of the procedure. When he didn’t feel like giving more, he would just say, «We’re almost done.» Stingy with the anesthesia?
When it was all over, he handed me a printed copy of the instructions of how to take care of my tooth and then told me to see the receptionist (who had better manners). No asking me if I had any questions and no goodbye. I don’t even care that he got the job done, I’m sure there are plenty of endodontists out there will a high success rate who are more friendly, considerate, and informative. Please be careful when reading some of these reviews because I don’t believe anyone could have received a 5-​star treatment here.

I have major dental anxiety

Relatively pain free root canal. Had to come in twice however because I personally experienced a recurring headache after root canal. Was prescribed penicillin over the phone same day, only took an hour. Overall I am pleased with this endodontist and I found the office through Unilocal!They also accept Dental Plans for those that do not take the insurance route.

Doctor and staff were very accommodating and friendly. I’m a baby when it comes to the dentist chair and they made me feel at ease through the entire procedure. Overall, great experience and I would recommend for those in need of a pain-​free root canal.
